Robbing bastords took my after shave out me glove box then denied it, would not mind they clean the cars really good but also they robb too so be really carefull not to leave anything expensive 70 pound bottle off aftershave gone great thanks guys, 🐍

Do not even deserve the one star rating. Terrible Experience: I recently paid £70 for a supposed number 6 service, along with a £5 tip, only to be thoroughly disappointed. Despite the hefty price tag, the pedals were left untouched, still coated in dry mud, and the logo on my car was scratched beyond recognition. When I returned the following day to address these issues, I was met with disdain and mockery from two workers who found amusement in my concerns. Their dismissive attitude, coupled with broken English remarks implying that such oversights were normal, was completely unprofessional. Although one of the workers eventually begrudgingly attended to the pedals after my insistence, the lack of accountability and refusal to apologize left a sour taste. It's unacceptable to pay for a service only to be met with such disrespect and incompetence. The refusal to apologize, coupled with the rude and dismissive behavior, speaks volumes about the lack of professionalism at this establishment. I strongly advise against using their services, as they clearly have no regard for their customers' vehicles. I regret not documenting the condition of my car before entrusting it to them, as it seems they have little concern for maintaining the quality of their work.

Overall they do a nice job but last time i had 20 quid in the cup holder and it wasnt there when i took the car back. When i confronted them they denied it but that was the money i was gonna pay the valet with. Don’t recommend

“Terrible experience. I paid to have my car professionally cleaned, but it came back with visible residue, water spots, and noticeable swirl marks/scratches on the paint. The wheels were also poorly cleaned. For the price charged, the quality of work was unacceptable. I would not use this service again and would not recommend it to others

Really awful car wash. Took it in for a wash and valet but they scratched the back boot cover with their hoover. I only realised after I got it home and they had made a right mess. Not hist that in many places they only dod half a job. Will never go there again dreadful.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS CAR IS WRECKED! Smudges, marks and actual damage to the boot of my car. Worst car wash in the city! AVOID IF YOU LIKE YOUR CAR!

Came on 3 separate days told to come back another day waste of fuel and time.

Do not bother with these guys dont speak a word of English, broke a brand new car seat taking it out, to clean behind it, could not get it back in, must of forced it out, avoid at all costs

Absolutely amazing. What a fantastic job. They worked so hard, and it was like a new car. I'd forgotten what it looked like clean. Definitely be going back there.
