Hand Car Wash

Stay away at all costs, cleaner couldn't get a bit of bird poo of the window screen so gets a bit of metal and starts to scrap it off. This was replaced on my van 6 months before and now have big scratch marks on the glass, these have no insurance to cover. Should of read the face book posts of all the other cars being damaged in this place

Scam… overcharged at the end for a 2 door small van as a large vehicle (eg large 4x4) . The wash was terrible, the drying was even worse. Half dirty, half wet, streaky van.

ABSOLUTELY NO STARS BUT CANT POST WITHOUT ONE.....STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS!!! I took my car there today, and they knocked the back of my wing mirror completely off - scratching it across the front. They nearly broke my mirror forcing the back on and shrugged their shoulders when they couldn't wipe the marks away. Then while this was going on the caught the other wing mirror with the jetwash - marking it , which i did get off when i got home. Apparently, there was no boss in and they ALL developed a hearing problem when I asked when the boss would be in. ABSOLUTELY NEED SHUTTING DOWNI!!!

STEER CLEAR OF THIS CAR WASH! I've just been here to get my car washed, I told them there was mould inside, they quoted me £35 to wash car and clean inside. After they had cleaned the outside they then tried to change me £65.I told them I would not pay!!

This is the worst car wash ever, very poor service, rude staff, car is exactly the same and they’re making up prices. Totally not recommended, I rather keep my car dirty than going back to this one

This car wash is an absolute joke.

I don't recommend this car wash because they were supposed to wash the upholstery in the van, but they did not wash it, they just soaked the seats with water, the dirt remained.When the headliner dried it had stains and water marks all over.

Basically robbed me of £65 for a full valet. Could of done better myself.

Just now had a car wash from there..worst experience…they didn’t clean inside properly..waste of money and time…never recommend

Me an my mum went with our cars yesterday for a valet I think they have jet washed inside my car the floor is that wet my mum come out with tomato sauce all over the side of her car I have had to come home an clean it my self they tried to over charge us as well

The staffs were amazing people and makes every car look spotless and clean in my opinion if I was to go I’d only be going there because it is also high quality

They scratched up the touch screen on my car radio 😡 and the car doesn't even look clean on the outside, there was bird poo that they didn't even remove

Do yourself a favour and go to the next car wash, if you do end up having a problem they will only laugh in your face, they stripped a layer of lacquer of my roof and acted like I was a liar. While I was in the car the jet wash sounded way too powerful, so I got out and stood outside while the lad was using the jet washer, and I told him the jet was too powerful, but he didn't understand a god damn word I said, he just laughed an carried on regardless. At first, I didn't notice the damage with my car being White, it was only when I was locking the car on my drive that I saw what he did... I went back the car wash to complain and there was someone else there with the same type of issue, In the end we got the police involved because the management was getting aggressive, in the end the police could only inform us to go through the small claims court. And now I have a wreaked car through no fault of my own, so guys you have been warned, just know if any problem arises with your vehicle, these people will act all dumb and uncooperative...

They have been much better since the management changed

Have been there few times as near to work place and easier as I can go in break. Every time I was thinking they will be fine this time but they disappointed every single time. A part from bad services they have price confusion as well, the guy who started cleaning my car gave me different price but the other guy charged me more at the end.

Me and my daughter went to this car wash on Wednesday , dont get yr car valeted from them because they are awful ,also tried to charge us extra, when I came home there was tomato sauce all over the car sprinkled on my car, also my daughter's car was absolutely soaking wet, I think they jet washed the inside carpets, not good at all .avoid this place at all costs.
