Very very bad experience with them went first time just try to see the carpet and the guy tried to fight and start shouting on us he doesn’t know how to talk with the customer 0 percent sense be aware from them will never come here again

I usually don’t leave comments, but I wanted to warn you that the staff here can be rather rude. I stopped by to have my car washed, and a worker started shouting at me for no reason; so, please be aware of this and expect such behavior if you plan to visit this car wash.

❌❌❌❌❌❌ Worst car wash ever. They don’t have manners to talk to anyone specially a lady. Very rude and ill mannered. I was didn’t even finish what i wanted and he just asked the next car to come forward. I was still waiting to talk to him and he then pointed me with his finger to go away and don’t park your car here. I strongly don’t recommend this car wash ❌❌❌❌❌❌

Brilliant job every single time! ​I am a regular customer here and always bring my car to Big Shine Hand Car Wash. Every single time I visit, I leave incredibly happy with the results. ​The staff do a fantastic job washing the car, they are meticulous, efficient, and pay great attention to detail. On top of that, the team is always friendly and hardworking. Highly recommended if you want your car looking spotless and fresh!

I’ve been a customer at this car wash and visited around 4–5 times before without any issues. However, during my visit last week, I had a very bad experience. Items were stolen from the back of my car, including mechanical tools, a scissors jack, and other accessories. I noticed there were new staff working there at the time. I went back another day to speak with them, but their response was not helpful or professional. Please be careful if you visit this place and make sure to secure your belongings properly.

Came here just before 18:40 and they refused to wash my car despite saying it doesn’t close until 7pm on the website. Wasted my time

Waited 10 mins in queue to be told it's cash only. Plenty of notices all around but none states this.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was bad enough that people need to be warned. I pulled into this car wash purely by mistake due to nearby roadworks and immediately attempted to leave. When I explained this to one of the workers, instead of a simple acknowledgment, he became aggressive and started shouting at me. I rolled up my window to disengage, at which point he spat on my car. When I challenged this behaviour, the situation escalated further. The individual began approaching me in an intimidating manner, and several others joined in, hurling insults and calling me a “pussy” while aggressively telling me to stop recording. Their reaction to being filmed says a lot about how they operate and what might have happened if I hadn’t been recording the incident. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident but part of a pattern of unacceptable and threatening behaviour. I’ve reported the matter to the police, who will be reviewing the video evidence. Hopefully, appropriate action is taken. In the meantime, I strongly advise others to avoid this place entirely.

Paid 15£ for them to wax my car and they just washed it

Very good service and reasonable price. Staffs are freindly. I am happy with the Wash and Dry, clean and cheap.
