Girl power MOBILE Valeting

Paid for mini valet, my car came back with mud all still on the dashboard on the inside, it didn't look like they had took a cloth to any of it on the inside. They had not hoovered it properly either, when I lifted mats up they hadn't been moved, there was sand and stones and bits underneath. Bits all under seats and round the gear stick. Outside had had a very quick wash, as there was still mud on the bottom of the doors, not on the inside of the doors, the outside. I went straight back and asked for a full refund and showed the guy, refund was given in full, he said the girls were hungover, so that's prob why they hadn't done a good job. Not a good enough excuse when your paying for a service, won't be using them again.

The front wheels were still dirty, inside was dusty on the dashboard and there were still marks on the interior. It wasn't waxed either, which I checked when I got home and was part of the package I had paid for. Although manager was friendly enough when I dropped car off I won't be going here again.

Absolutely brilliant. I own horses and dogs and my car looked absolutely awful before. Booked the mini valet, they were super accommodating and booked me in last minute and the car is probably cleaner than it ever has been since I owned it. Great service and everybody was lovely. Will definitely come again.

I probably would have given higher as the mini valet wasn't too bad, it wasn't great but what really let them down was slagging other businesses off to me to try and make themselves look better. Especially as one of those businesses belongs to a friend of mine and has nothing to do with their line of work. It was completely unnecessary to tell me to go elsewhere to get tyres when the customer base next door has nothing to do with their own. Highly unprofessional.

Zero stars. This pair are NOT INSURED. Scott reversed my car into a fence post, didn't let us know and left. They have promised multiple times to pay. Excuse and lie after lie. we used them for years. Don't trust them Grifters and liars. AVOID.
