Rhyl Hand Car Wash

Paid to have interior and exterior washed, boot was not cleaned and this was the main area I wanted cleaned, went home and opened the boot to find it as dirty as I had brought it. Very disappointing

Unfortunately I had to change my review after my latest experience last week. I have always loved to take my car here for a wash. But last time I was very disappointed. 😔 I usually had it washed from outside only and I hoovered my car inside myself. Last week I paid for a full clean inside and outside to get it ready for service. And when I got home after the wash and opened the boots, the carpet was scratched at multiple places. The car is only 2 years old. 😔😔😔 I don't know what they used to hoover it? 🤷😔😔 Very disappointed.

Had mini valet but they missed loads. Rectified once pointed out to them but still missed quite a bit. They knocked £5 off which was appreciated. EDIT Not much has changed, had to take car back again as couldn't see the front screen for the smears. They were very apologetic once again but think I'll be looking elsewhere for the next valet

I went for a Mini Valet (Priced at £25) past 3pm on Saturday (27/2/26). I am very happy with the service that I received. The gents work really hard and always have. I have been going to them for years.Thanks gents.
