In Acerfair:- LL143UP Area Great service always with a smile very professional very reasonable prices for wash or full valet. It was grest to see bloke in action washing car Honest.. Looked like the karate kid...one sponge in each hand and wax on wax off...mega quick...i was memorised. You have to go and get out and see for your self. Going to get my car dirty on purpose just to go again.

Two lads worked hard to get toy car as there was 2 cars in front. Cleaned mine quickly and made a good job of it. We'll done lads.

I never leave reviews but I am that impressed I have to. I call my car a kennel on wheels, it's filthy from the dogs and kids most of the time. It was covered in mud inside and out, dog hair, crumbs and god knows what from the kids. I really needed it cleaning and I normally do it myself but the weather was terrible today. My friend recommended this place and honestly I am so impressed, looks like it did when I bought it. I paid £35 for inside and out clean and it is gleaming. Thank you so much

I paid for the Gold service, which was £30 for my car. The service was quick and it seemed like they had done a great job at first glance, after taking the two minute drive home i noticed a few flaws. All windows, including windscreen, are covered in tiny scratches almost like a stone was in the cloth they used. These scratches were not present before receiving the service. When I got into the car I noticed that all the leather was shiny and almost looked wet. I do not have much knowledge about cleaning cars professionally but I do know that clean leather has a matt finish, not shiny. I had to clean all of the leather myself when I arrived home. The entire reason for using the service was to avoid spending lots of time cleaning the car. Upon closer inspection, I have noticed black marks around the outside of my car matts. These marks are on all of the matts (front and back), and were not present before. The marks make it seem as if the matts have been spray painted. I also noticed that alot of obvious dirty areas had either been missed or not cleaned adequately. For a professional service, I would expect better. On the front end of the car, residue left by flies and other bugs is still present and door sills were not cleaned well at all. Brake dust and grime is still on the wheels as if they were not cleaned properly. The photos attached show the damage and missed areas. Im not happy with the service I received and will not be back.

Standards seem to have slipped since the manager has been on site less, they seem to be more speed over quality focused now. Still OK for a wash and dry but try elsewhere for an interior valet.
