Waves Hand Car Wash Formby

Dropped my car off with my little one and was told to come back in an hour. Came back an hour and ten mins later and they was only just cleaning the outside. Had to sit and wait for them to clean the inside. They told me it was finished and when I looked there was sticky lumps all over the bonnet which they blamed on me parking it under a tree at home. Never heard anything so ridiculous. I don’t even have a tree at home to park it under. The car never had these when I dropped it off but they took no responsibility. Also, when I got home I realised the insert from the cup holder had not been put back in so I’m missing that. Definitely wouldn’t go back! Edit: I was also charged £35 and when I looked at the menu of prices there wasn’t one thing on there listed at £35. Clearly made up the price on the spot.

Give the guy's there dew, they did open late, but Apologised for it, done a great job cleaning and washing my customer's car.

Make sure you ask for a receipt. I asked for a gold clean and was told £20 but charged £28. Attendant shielded the card machine. Just be very aware that they are grifting

Dropped car off for just an outside wash they said would be at least an hour which was fair enough as was a Sunday Not a great job 2 wheels were clean 2 were still dirty and a black run down the passenger door Didn't have time to say anything just won't use again The other thing was as they wernt cleaning the inside they only had to move the car to the opposite cleaning bay but someone had been into my sat nav I had had my music playing when dropped off and it would take 5 clicks of the central console to get the sat nav on so not a mistake 🤔

Came all the way to find them closed... Very disappointing!

Left my car in for a clean inside and out, was told it would be done in an hour. Came back just over an hour later and my car hadn’t been touched. I pointed it out to the man I had spoken to and he just said they hadn’t done it yet and offered no apology. Terrible service, the old manager was a lot better. Won’t ever go back.

They just didn’t touch my car , left it with them for an hour and 20, came back and it was still where I parked it, hadn’t even been touched

asked for inside and outside valet, waited 1 hour and 10 and they had only cleaned the outside which they charged me £12 for. when i realised they hadn’t done the inside they tried to blame me for not asking correctly. don’t know if they have changed hands because the man that used to work there was spot on. they were very unfriendly and rude. won’t be returning.

2nd time now I’ve taken my truck in to get a wash , be an hour come back and not done….. joke
