IMO Car Wash

Terrible behaviour. Over charging for valeting. Asking double the price on the notice board. Someone from IMO should investigate.

I have been getting my car cleaned there regularly for a while now, but when I went to clean it yesterday, they did a very poor job. The dirt on the dashboard of the car was not removed. I am not happy.

Following a recent car wash service costing £8, the vehicle's cleanliness was unsatisfactory, with significant areas remaining uncleaned and the car not properly dried, resulting in watermarks. This experience is not recommended. For a slightly higher price, the services offered by Waves, located across the road, are preferable. This was particularly disappointing given the time constraints, as the service was utilized prior to attending a funeral. Will not use again.

Very polite man washed my car at ARC today, car came out like it came from a show room... clean and pristine! Would highly recommend!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS…Scratch’s all over brand new car of the machine as it is not maintained. Scratches All over the bonnet, roof and side of the car. My wing mirrors or electric and the machine nearly snapped h the e left one of. I can’t stress enough Do not use this place. How they are still open is beyond me. There are more scratches but because of the sunlight I can not get photo
