Rubbish car wash, silly prices just no attention to detail. If you are charging these prices please have someone inspect at the end once the car has been washed to ensure everything is clean and streak free.. It's so annoying getting into the car and seeing something missed or full of streaks. Only positive I can take is they let me leave my car there for 10 mins whilst I went into Christies.

Where do I even begin? I walked into Didsbury Car Wash thinking I was paying for craftsmanship — you know, the kind of artisanal, hand-washed perfection that justifies a premium price tag. What I got instead was a masterclass in how to turn "full valet" into "full betrayal." For top-shelf prices, I expected attention to detail. What I received was a team of enthusiastic amateurs who seemed to believe that "interior clean" simply means "aggressively throwing water in the general direction of your car" followed by a drying session with what I can only assume was a rag they found in a skip. No proper seating area to wait in — because why would you want comfort when you're already this uncomfortable with your life choices? Nothing. Just the cold, damp realisation that you've paid artisan prices for factory-floor chaos. The craftsmanship I envisioned? Replaced by the kind of rushed, indifferent service that makes you wonder if they were actually cleaning your car or just practicing for a water fight.

10/10 experience and very friendly customer service. Will be coming back!

I don't give 1 star reviews , in fact this is the 1st. Arrived at 9:30 am . Asked for a mini valet £17. Car was quite tidy to start with. Advised the owner I would be back in 40 minutes. He said 30 minutes any longer and they charge for parking. The car park was empty bar 3 cars. I can partly understand as in busy times it may get full and he is next to Christie's. However not a good way to attract business. He tried upselling to a super mini valet for £23 and he said that would cover the 40 minutes. I declined and returned after 25 minutes. Car was getting finished. Somehow the price had gone upto £20. I told him mine was a small car a Hyundai i10 and should be £17. He said small cars are minis and fiats? I said mine is the same size. He then said small cars are 2 door cars. He was making it up as he was going along . I decided to pay and leave before he charged me for the oxygen on his premises. I would not recommend.

A really good and thorough clean. Small miscommunication issue about exterior and interior cleaning.

Super impressed with the service. Our car was in need of a deep clean and we were offered an inside and out clean for £25.00. All finished within 40 minutes. Well worth the money, thank you! Will be coming back!

As I had, a little time to kill, after finishing in a clinic earlier than expected, I thought I try this car wash. I wxplained my first visit and i was willing to try & if it was excellent, i would make them my regular fortnightly carwash. The manager stated you could do with a Polish too, £25; totalling £35. I said carewash only this time & I will genuinely return for both in near future. Upon finishing, I noted some minor scuff marks and as I explained; the reply was you need car Polish. Upon returning home, I took a microfiber cloth and removed the minor scuff marks in minutes. CONCLUSION: POOR WORK EFFORT; NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL & ONLY INTERESTED IN WANTING TO SELL ME EXTRA SERVICE. I WILL NOT RETURN HERE AND RETURN TO MY USUAL CARWASH PLACE WHO HAVE MUCH BETTER SERVICE. MY ADVICE IF YOU DON'T WANT MEDIOCRE SERVICE FOR YOUR WELL EARNED DOSH, THEN AVOID. MY CONVERSATION WAS WITH THE ALLEGED MANAGER DURING WHAT I ASSUME IS A QUITE TIME, ONLY ONE CAR IN FRONT AND LATER ONE CAR AFTER ME. IF THEY ARE THIS BAD ON A WARM AUTUMN DAY THEN, WONDER HOW BAD THEy ARE ON A BAD DAY. Nothing wrong with My car's bodywork. If you can't clean a car properly then you certainly can't Polish it. Fantastic job and quick. My car looks brand new! Definitely use again.

I went for a wash and dry, the wash left dirt around the wing mirrors and on the lights, where I felt they hadn’t taken their time. It was essentially left to dry on its own, and barely dried with a cloth leaving lots of watermarks. Wouldn’t go again, felt very rushed and like it was a job half done.
