Really poor. Went in for a wash with newish car, the paint has been damaged, deep swirls and long sweeps all over the side, it looks like it has been sand papered. Taking it to be appraised but I am shocked at the extent of the abrasion to the paintwork. They have no idea how to wash a car, disgraceful.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Avoid at all costs. I've used this car wash many times before without any issues, but after yesterday I'll never go back. After paying and getting into my car, I immediately noticed a huge crack across my windscreen. I got out straight away and asked what had happened, only to be told, "You brought it in like this." That was simply not true. I then spoke to the employee who had cleaned my windscreen before the valet, and he initially told me there was no crack at that stage. Moments later, after the manager had been shouting in another language, the same employee said he didn't speak much English. The owner was rude, dismissive and unwilling to take any responsibility. He showed me the CCTV, but I couldn't see any obvious crack before the wash. His response was, "You probably can't see it." I was left with no help, no apology and a £99 bill for a replacement windscreen. I even contacted the police because of how the situation was handled, and I'm still waiting to hear back. I'm not saying with certainty how the crack happened, but I know my windscreen wasn't cracked when I arrived. What disappointed me most was the way I was treated. If they had handled the situation professionally and respectfully, this review would probably be very different. Based on my experience, I won't be returning, and I certainly wouldn't recommend them.

Good job overall but unfortunately the wait times are ever increasing. From arriving to leaving it took over an hour and a half. They do a thorough job but feel they need more on the valet side of it.

Just went for a Gold Wash for the first time and it was great service! Washed and dried the car really efficiently despite it being busy. Will be coming back for the mini valet!

I recently visited this car wash and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of service. The staff were very friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming and made the whole experience smooth and efficient. My car was in serious need of a clean, but they did an amazing job — both the exterior and interior looked spotless by the time they finished. They paid attention to the small details that many places overlook, and the finish on the car looked almost like new. I've been going to this place for years. Never had any issues until I took my son's car there on Thursday. My son had his driving glasses in a compartment in full view in the dash area. I left the car with them as I was getting the mini valet service. Walked to my mum's 10 minutes away as it was going to be an hour wait. Picked the car up later and my son noticed that his glasses had gone missing the following day! I spoke to the owner a number of times on the phone and he remembers cleaning all of the inside of the car and swears blind they weren't there! My son only ever leaves his glasses for driving in the same spot and I remembered seeing them there when I dropped the car off and just didn't notice until he pointed it out the following day when he used his car next. I have been to see the owner this afternoon and still swears down that he didn't move or see them. Mistakes happen if he has moved them or been damaged, however, absolutely no resolve and wouldn't back down! Real shame as I actually like the guy, however, on this occasion something has gone wrong and he doesn't want to admit it! Lesson learned and I will always remove everything in view from now on and take out of the car in future. Obviously, I won't be going back!

The car washer was washing a car next to mine and rubbed the hose on my car's hood. When I got home I saw the scratches and went back to report what happened, and they simply said it wasn't them. Terrible customer service. If you care about your car, don't use this awful place.

Been going here years for exterior car washes and always been happy with the service. However, my last visit was for a mini valet. OMG, if that was a mini valet, my car must be returned to brand new showroom if I got the full priced valet. It was fantastic, I have never seen my car so beautiful clean since the day I bought it, and I do keep my car as clean as possible, except I have a white doggy riding shotgun most days, so it's always covered in hair. But these guys managed to get all the hair out of the seats and carpets, buffed all the scratches on the plastic, polished all the dashboard to perfection, and the clean smell lasted for days. I was having it valeted as I was taking friends and myself to a funeral, and new we would all be in black, so the last thing we want is white hairs all over us, it was perfect, I was more annoyed with my friend dirtying the carpets with leaves the next day, I wanted to keep it this clean for as long as possible. I can guarantee I will be going back to these guys for any future valets, and will continue to get my exterior done regularly as normal. While I waited the guy in charge to me into the waiting area, as he knew I was cold, and put the gas fire on for me and arranged one of the other lads to come sort me with a hot drink. Absolute joke of a wait time. Take no pride for what it seems. Spraying half the car with foam whilst chatting amongst each other. Forgetting to do certain areas. Car was basically just sprayed form 6ft away with a hose and had a rub down
