Alina's Hand Car Wash

They scratched my car and then denied doing it. It was a new car so I already knew it didn't have any scratches on it, yet when it was returned to me the paintwork was scratched where you could clearly see they had wiped. They didn't take any responsibility for it and denied it. Very disappointing and frustrating. Will not be using them again.

Very good experience really cleaned the car from top to bottom literally got a Silver clean, waxed, wheels brushed clean, and sprayed and hand dryed still clean even after 3 days. Recommend.

Nice staff and good job done

Paid lowest price (£7.50) and got a very basic wash. No attempt made to remove the more stubborn marks. Wheels didn't look great afterwards. Maybe if you pay more then more effort goes in. Overall disappointed.

This is hands down, the slowest ‘car wash’ in the country. Pulled in today (not my first experience of this), and was 3rd car in the queue. I was still sitting 1 hour later without them having even started my car. There was 1 person cleaning cars, who clearly wasn’t bothered about the queue. Going at a snails pace, stopped to light a cigarette, not phased at how slow he was going. I stayed patient as best I could, but there was 3 cars behind me who turned around in the yard and left. I had my kids in the car who are young and really wouldn’t wait any longer. Warning. Bring a picnic before coming to this car wash. Wont be back again!!!

Just responding to your previous reply: "First your car is from 2016 and is not a new car,and second I did offer to check the sponges you can't just blame someone for something we haven't done." First of all, it was a new car to me and it had been professionally buffed and polished and there were certainly no scratches on the bonnet when we brought it to you. Secondly, you didn't offer to check the sponges so that's an outright lie; your excuse was that you don't wipe left to right across the bonnets and I literally witnessed your staff doing that very motion to other cars. Your response and the fact that you are absolving yourself of responsibility is disgraceful. I'm incredibly disappointed with your service and attitude.

Great local car wash, great job nice and friendly

Alina's is as good as, if not better than, most carwashes. It loses a star because of it's location and the dirt track approach. However, £11.50 for Gold (everything short of a mini- valet) clean up, it's excellent value for money and all above board small business.
