The man at the till was so rude

Scammers, BP points machine not working. Pretending like it does. This is the 3rd time happened during the month time. Next time will be recorded and released the video to the public!

I have been to this garage twice in the last 3 weeks. First time i tried to redeem the £2.50 I was told by the cashier that I could collect the points but couldn't redeem the money as the machine was broken and it was going to get fix in a few days. Second visit i tried again to redeem the £2.50 only to be told again that it wasn't working and I was best to try a BP select store and redeem the money. I spoke with the cashier and told him he used the same excuse last time. I left the garage and said it was a waste of time advertising money off when you can't even redeem it! BPme rewards is a complete con!
