I went on Friday last week I think I was lucky I went at quite a quiet time car was done straight away, my main compliment is that my daughter left her best coat in the waiting area she recalls leaving it there I thought for sure I won't be seeing that again , asked my dad to pop In as he's local and sure enough they had it safe and sound, thankyou for your honesty. It's a small little thing but I was really appreciative for that.

£35 and my car is just as dirty as it went in. This place used to have pride in their work. Very disappointed, waste of money! Won't be going back again and definitely won't be recommending like I used to.

Been going here for years. Seem to charge what they deem m y tiguan to be at the time. A large vehicle or a 4x4. So get charged different every time. In the last 18 months prices have shot up here from 7 pound to now 15 pounds. I have multiple vehicles i take here weekly. Until today. When i came home and finished the job myself. If your charging top dollar lads you need to do a top job.

Although stains were removed from upholstery the carpets were still dirty, not having been rinsed throughly enough. Nooks, ledges and crannies missed.

Amazing service for the car wash, great pricing, quick and efficient

Been coming here for 5 years for my weekly wash, unfortunately the quality of the wash and service has noticeably declined. As a result for the past 6 months I have only used this place once a month, only as it’s nearby as if I really must. Today will be the last time, got home and the car hadn’t been washed well, plus you would think the supervisor or maybe he is the manager who does the drying would have noticed. There was dirt in several location, clearly rushed over. They had four guys doing the shampooing and sponging, and it was a quiet period!. Years ago from start to finish the process was longer, they were far more attentive. Now, the pre wash snow foam is only done at the front and one side, as the case today and last visit, what is the logic around that?? Surely, as in previous years you would snow foam ALL sides. The prices have gone up but the quality is definitely not there. You have lost a local customer.

Used to go here regular, never a problem, stopped going, but returned recently, my car came out looking like it had been scrubbed with a Brillo pad, it now needs paint correction, not going to be cheap to fix

Had my work van cleaned here. Got it looking brand new. Will be coming back here again for sure.

Stuck for an hour and a half after being told his boss who took the keys for the car blocking my vehicle in would be 20 minutes. Collection time was 3pm and I was supposed to be at my daughter's school for 4pm, he finally arrived at 4:30pm 🤷‍♂️ I've also noticed the car absolutely stinks since to the point I've had to febreze the interior...

Been there 3 times now and yes car looks clean but smells like dirty socks everytime so obviously they are uaing dirty smelly cloths wont be using again £22 for my car to stink no thank you

I just bought a car and it’s quite dirty inside. It needs a full interior cleaning. Staff are absolutely great. Their quality of service was excellent👍🏼. And it only cost me £22. Highly recommended.
