Five Star Hand Car Wash

Absolutely disgraceful service, do not carter to customers and very rude. Would never go back and would not recommend. 5 star where?? Still yet to find that part.

Very bad experience if there was an option for 0 stars I would give it 0. I went in for a quick wash and they broke my rear dash camera, and they kept claiming it wasn’t them when I had proof. He ended up walking away while I was talking and kept forcing me to still pay for the car wash, very stupid man. Would never recommend.

Avoid this place total rip off…make sure you check everything before paying for your car because they will have missed something.

Great first visit to this car wash today with my son! The service was quick, the price was very reasonable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. we’ll definitely be coming back.

They are excellent, my car was really dirty and they did excellent job. I really recommend this place.

So I went early morning and they weren't busy which was great as I didnt have the time to wait and the wash was pretty quick which I thought fine lets see how it goes with the clean. I opted for the platinum package and they were done really quick as there was like 3 people working on it. Great its efficient but knowing i was spending £25 I would have expected the car to be finer cleaned like taking the car seats out so they can clean underneath etc but no. Just like others I literally drove around the corner and my back window had a lot of water marks which they should have cleaned properly. I didn't have the time but I have scratched this car wash off my list and you should too or before you leave do a deep check to ensure its up to standards. EDIT: initially gave them 2 stars but it had to come down to 1, I would give negative if i could after my second experience. I thought I would take my advice and try again but it was terrible the guy is crying for cars to come forward, I was a mile away from the road, do you want me to be inside the car in front? I asked the guy do you take card and he goes card and cash so I let them clean the car as there was 5 of them cleaning they are done in 5 mins and kick you out. I offer to pay by card and the main guy goes cash only so I had to go to the cash machine which charges 2 quid extra and the car still was not clean. Honestly avoid this place and drive a little further. Worst car wash i have ever been too.

After the car wash which was horrible cos they was lots of scratches in my car, my tissue pack I bought for over 20 pounds got missing, my designer perfume got missing, my ATM card got missing, all were inside my car, I suspect it was taken while I was not watching. Please avoid this car wash by all means as they are all thieves masquerading as car washers.
