Fresh Car Valeting Manchester

I really wouldn’t bother using this company. Horrible, call themselves detailers and can’t even fully clean the inside of my car. Paid for dog hair removal and they didn’t remove the dog hairs. I would avoid at all costs, best to go to the local car wash place for over half the price and much better quality. Not impressed at all.

Mason was fantastic No problems, booked and arrived on time. The service was fantastic. I have had people call me saying they need to charge an extra £500 honestly ! Mason didn't very trustworthy and the job executed perfectly

Mason from Fresh Valeting came today to clean my car which was in a very sorry state due to two very messy, hairy and muddy doggies. The car was left forensically clean with no signs a dog had ever stepped paw inside. Cannot recommend high enough, and a super friendly guy too

Mason arrived on time and very professional. He didn't stop working on the car till he had finished it. My car is 13 years old and now looks and smells brand new!! I would definitely recommend Mason for valeting your car. Excellent job!

I used this company before, and they did an amazing job about a year ago. I think it was the owner who did the cleaning at the time. The car got a full deep clean and smelt fresh for months (and we have a dog)! We were so please the first time. This time it was someone else who did the job, not the boss, and it was an unpleasant experience from start to finish. First they wanted to push the time to another day on the morning, so someone called Jamie could do the job. When we insisted we need it done today, someone else took on the job and arrived annoyed and pissed off (for having to do the job in the first place, I presume) and I was greeted with the words "Where do you expect me to do this job then? I need to be parked near your car, don't I". He sounded angry and cheesed off. He was at it for ages and then knocked on the door to say he can't do all the things he needs to because one of his machines doesn't work properly. I negotiated a discount in the end, so at least they came down on the price. But our car didn't smell clean for long, unlike the last time, the smell was back almost immediately. The window was cleaned so badly with a wet dirty cloth that you could see the smears. It was shocking. Last but not least, in the end, I was asked to make the payment to the bosses private valeting company (not Car Fresh), so that seemed a bit odd. Last time he also encouraged me to book him directly rather than book Car Fresh. So a bit of client poaching going on as well from the looks of it. Anyway. I will definitely not go back there for my future car cleaning needs, as quality and service were just not up to standard this time.

I am very happy with the service I received from this company and in particular Mason. He turned up right on time, he was polite and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use them again.

AVOID❌ I’m not the one to write negative reviews but if it helps the next person choose, then let me tell you to NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE. Paid for a £160 Valet. Stated it’ll be up-to 5 hours. Got quoted half that in the email (2hr 30 minutes). Guy arrives 25 minutes late, spends 1 hour 30 minutes and calls it a day! He asks me to check, I open the boot and there’s still some dirt on the plastic (impossible to miss). The more I go around the car the more I see thats missed. For that price point and the promise of “nothing will be missed” - I should NOT be having to do that. As the day goes on I’m just spotting more and more things. I asked for a compensation and it was pure disrespect (20% off next clean) 🤣. Avoid at all costs trust me.

Great service, friendly guy and excellent clean!

Very happy with the service I received. The booking process was easy with transparent pricing and excellent availability. I had a full valet after months of using the car for tip runs during a home renovation and Andy K did an excellent job of making my car feel like new again. He arrived when expected, completed the work with no fuss and to an excellent standard. I couldn’t be happier.

95% happy with the valet, attention to detail on a few areas, door hinges, inside where petrol cap is wasn't touched, I did forget to mention it but I thought it would have been checked. Inside was lovely and treated with a few things he mentioned, I just cannot remember what it was. The young man was lovely, couldn't fault his enthusiasm. Overall good job

Superb service at a reasonable price. Shaun (brilliant guy) called in advance, arrived ahead of time and did a fantastic job. Nothing too much trouble and the car was in showroom condition when he finished. Definitely use again!
