Paid for the "UBV Experience" Calls Out With - Two Trainees. I highlighted multiple issues and scratches I specifically wanted them to take out and machine polish. "He said that's not a problem it will come up like new" I spent - £400 on this package. Coming to the end of the "Experience" He says to me that ( this will have to come back to the shop to be finished) " We have ran out of time" 🤣 And we can't get these scratches out. Unbeatable service from the absolute legends that make up the team at Urban Valets. My car was covered in brown fence paint and scratches from trying to clean it. Just completed an entrepreneur course with the team at UBV. The care, the attention, the knowledge they have is second to none. The way the UBV team come across with what they teach is on another level. There is an explanation behind everything they teach. And at the end of the week, you go feeling you could do anything. The mindset they put into you is absolutely phenomenal. Came back the following week for a day to do a touch up and it felt “comfortable” to be there. Have already peppered Liam with multiple questions and he knows I will be carrying on doing that lol. This ain’t the last they’ve seen or heard from me, couldn’t have gone to anyone better to help me start my journey

Just finished my 5 day entrepreneur course at UBV and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, can’t fault the course at all. I first used the UBV team back in 2019 when they were mobile detailing only. I’ve had deep cleans on both my vehicles including single and multistage corrections. Then followed this with a routine maintenance cleans. I’ll never forget how the team brought my cheap car washed swirled black paintwork back to gleaning black showroom condition. I’ve never used a cheap hand wash drive in ever since. And the swirls never came back. I highly recommend UBV.

Having spent a week at UBV doing the Master Detailing course, if i could give it 10stars i would. The care and attention from Liam, Madison, Andy & Alan in training me in all the different areas of the business of detailing will be invaluable. This is more that just training, its mindset, business, inspiration and i would advise anyone who is looking for this kind of training to book on now, you wont be disappointed. These guys are an amazing team of people.

I booked my car in with Urban Valets after spilling a drink in my car and being left with an awful smell. I can honestly say my car has NEVER looked or felt so clean, and smells fresh again! Service is 10/10, amazing team, amazing job and you’re made to feel at home whilst you wait with Wi-Fi, TV and drinks (Coffee is also 10/10). Highly recommend!!

Just completed my 5 day Master Training…I can’t express how much I have lean’t whilst there. Not just about detailing but about life and business. I had been following UBV on instagram for 18 months and wish I had gone to him for the master detailing course when I set up my business in 2021, I finally went up to him 2 weeks ago and Liam and his team are second to none, not just with training but also with seeing things in life differently. Without doubt a subscription everyone needs! I signed up to the membership a few weeks ago after having so many little questions or niggles just to get some clarity, and it's already so much more than that. As someone who's not a detailer I was hesitant to sign up 'for just the business knowledge' but the knowledge Liam and the team bring is invaluable, the easy to use site, quality content and the fact everything is explained in a way that is understandable makes it a great sub for anyone regardless of the industry there in. I have been following the work of UBV for some time now and i have been very impressed with their work, so tried to give it a go for myself.Went to Liam at UBV for stage 1 detailing and interior deap clean and can honestly say i was not disappointed. The results are oustanding and the vehicle looks like show room condition. Would highly recommend and will most certainly be using their services again 😊👍
