I had an absolutely terrible experience at this car wash. From start to finish, the service was careless and unprofessional. My car came out still dirty, with streaks all over the windows and patches of grime clearly untouched. It honestly looked like it hadn’t even been properly washed. To make things worse, the staff seemed completely uninterested in doing their job properly. When I pointed out the issues, they were dismissive and didn’t offer any real solution or apology. I expected at least a basic standard of service, but this fell far below that. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually takes pride in their work.

Tried mini valet. Only person working properly is the prewash guy. Wash guy didnt even bother to change or clean the mitt once and did the whole car in one go after that they Left the car to dry in sun while they do the inside and even at the end didnt bother to wipe down the panels leaving more watermarks than before on black paint. A big fate mistake coming here if you ask me. After observing how they do other cars its apparent if you go for wash&dry its better than mini valet coz they leave the car to dry itself while doing the inside which makes no sense.

Absolutely terrible experience. I came in for a mini valet and was told to go around for the wash first. The wash itself was done very poorly the car was not properly cleaned at all (see photos). After that, I was told to park up for drying. I waited over 30 minutes, and nobody even came to start drying my car. During that time, other cars that arrived after me were being prioritised and dried first, which made no sense at all. Because of the delay, my car ended up getting dirty again just sitting there in the sun without being dried. When I asked them to finally dry my car, instead of helping, the staff became aggressive shouting, swearing, and being extremely disrespectful. I was even threatened, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, I suspect my car may have been damaged on the right side during the wash. When I asked for a refund, I was only given £10 back out of the £15 I paid, despite the terrible service. Overall, this place is unprofessional, disrespectful, and poorly managed. I will never be coming back and would strongly advise others to avoid it.

⭐ 1/5 I came for a full valeting service. I washed the car and parked by the vacuum area and told them we would be right back. After 20 minutes, the car hadn’t even been touched, while cars that arrived after us were already being done. When I complained, the employee was annoyed and said he didn’t know anything about it. We then had to wait another 20 minutes before they finally cleaned the car. The final result was very poor – the exterior was not properly cleaned (wheels, bumpers), and the interior was smeared with some greasy, shiny product. After this, I went to another car wash where the car was properly washed and cleaned again. I do not recommend this place.

I took my Honda civic to pendle wash and glow looking very shabby and filthy and knew it would take some work to clean left it there for a full valet went to pick it up after a few hours of leaving it there and came back to a brand new car the lads went above and beyond cleaning it up. I won't be taking my car anywhere else cheers lads

First time visiting Pendle wash and glow, so wasn't sure what to expect.. The prices are reasonable for cars so l decided to go for a premium wash, mini valet and polish for £25. The initial wash was thorough and progress was good, things slowed down a little more as l waited for the valet and polish as it was busy ( a good sign!). The chap that did the valet did a great job, and l was given a car air freshener too which actually smelled ok! Overall, good service / quality of work and will return.

Paid extra for washing the roof. Really good job boys

I pay £10 for cleaning my car engines, but they don’t know how to clean an engine. I don’t recommend it for engine washes.

Absolutely brilliant job full valet seats washed carpet cleaned smells amazing wouldn’t go anywhere else. Top lads too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I normally leave top review not today. what I normally pay £30 just adding 3 seats washed wanted £70. Boss is very nice but wasn’t there today. Guy who was in charge very rude. Taken it to colne. May not go back here again.

40 mins to have my car washed is ridiculous

Washed fast and good so I'm happy with it plus quite cheap in my opinion

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This car was is run by dossers. 45 minutes for a wash and dry, they didn’t even dry my car or use sponges to wash the car. I was charged a tenner and given change in fake 5 pound notes. AVOID THIS CAR WASH GARAGE. BE WARNED
