The bins are overflowing and nobody bothers to empty them so the surrounding area is a mess. Companies like this should recognise they have a duty to care for the environment and make their premises a clean and safe place to be!

Dunnings bridge Hasn't had any petrol for the past two and a half weeks. Not sure how there is such a good review there from the Dr! Must be one of their mates. The pumps don't work properly even after they say the pumps have been filled. I have a bp fuel card so I'm really limited to where I can fill up. I feel sorry for the staff.

So Used my work fuel card here, they claimed it didn't cover premium unleaded despite every other BP garage covering it, staff was abusive an threatening, after speaking with BP it turns out that they are now been investigated for fraudulently passing off premium unleaded as store goods on their till system. Merseyside police and BP now investigating. They are still refusing issue my drivers licence back so now I have to visit with the police to reclaim it.

Returning from an event in Liverpool, got a low tyre pressure warning, so pulled in to add some air. A quick look at my rear tyre which was clearly down on pressure & spotted the cause - a large screw had gone into the tyre. Deep joy! Went into the shop to confirm the address as I'd need to call the AA. Hitesh was on the desk & in addition to giving me the address told me not to worry & take as long as I needed to get it fixed. Whilst this was only a small gesture in the grand scheme of things, it took away one concern that I had that I'd need to try to move the car & possibly cause additional damage to the tyre. Once the AA had been & swapped the tyres for me, popped back into the shop to thank Hitesh for his support, bought some chocolate (as you do in stressful situations - my excuse, anyway!) and back onto my journey home. As I said, in many ways, just a small gesture, but they all add up... thanks, again, Hitesh

My car got a thorough clean, leaving it sparkling like new. Overall, my experience at Dunningsbridge Service Station was nothing short of five stars.
