IMO Car Wash

Not great for £10 Total wax I got, pudsey Leeds one. did not even do the pre wash great or spray the wheels and windscreen, still got bird marks all over. Never again I will get the lads at hand wash for £8 next time.

Opening times wrong on Google, arrived at 8 but apparently it's "always been 9", thanks for wasting my time

Great wash and dry

Fully closed and shut at 18:30, supposedly open until 19:30. Pre-paid voucher expires today too just to add to the inconvenience. Not the first time they've closed before the stated time either.

First of all I wasn’t told it was cash only until I was about to get my car washed so too late to reverse as cars behind me, luckily I had cash on me but very odd how his machine ‘ wasn’t working ‘ Upon getting my car cleaned and getting home, not expecting to notice anything as why would you ? I noticed lots of scratch marks on the top of my car , clearly done by the machinery within the car wash. I have complained to IMO who stated it’s down to the self employed worker at the car wash who I don’t hold much hope of getting a resolution with. Please AVOID this place if you value your car.

Do not use!! £13 and it didn't get properly cleaned and was left covered in scratches every few inches on every top panel! The car was absolutely mint and now looks a proper mess. Contacted them via email and they never even bothered replying. Scratches are still there even after spending £100 on a professional polish.

They always do a wonderful job of cleaning inside my car. With 2 boys u can imagine how messy it gets lol Defo deserve 5 starts

They are supposed to be open till 18.30, but 9.04.2024, 10.04.2024 and 15.04.2024, I came at 17.10 and they were closed! And yesterday on Sunday, I came during the day, but they were too busy to do my car and the guy said to me that I can come tomorrow before 18.30, I came at 17.10 and they were closed! They are liars!

Charged multiple times for one wash. Had to raise dispute with bank. Car has streaks of dirt everywhere. Wash completely missed the middle of my boot, leaving a dirt band about a foot wide.

Had a triple foam wash did not give my alloys a brush like they usually do before going into car wash even though they weren't busy.

Good this time. Even got my rewards scanned.
