I had the exterior and interior done. Some exterior parts were not clean—spotty job on the interior spray streaks on the door panel.

I've been there twice. The first time, it left streaks on the windows, and they didn't vacuum the inside of my car properly. I gave them a second chance, but it was the same—very poor work. It's a waste of your money; go somewhere else.

First time coming here today, excellent service, great team and my car is GLEAMING (no missed spots either!). Thanks for the great and efficient service =)

Still dirty after the wash, don't waste your time.

If they had a 0 star option that would be chosen! Standards have dropped massively. Used this car wash today for a mini valet inside and out. Charged me £25. Gave £30 and wasn’t given no change. Interior work was shocking. Didn’t even bother cleaning one of the interior doors, didn’t bother lifting middle rear seat up as it was down to hoover which meant the middle of the carpet wasn’t even touched. The alloys was still filthy. And to top it off they have left a grease mark on my boot which isn’t coming off! Avoid at all costs. There is no excuse for all of this to be missed when they have 2-3 workers working on the car! Save your money. I wish I read the recent reviews! I have photos but it is not allowing me to post this with images attached!

Damaged my car, First acted dumb, then refused accountability, when asked to check CCTV. They wanted to charge money for checking CCTV. Stay away from this place.

I just been that car wash today they are not even cleaning inside my car I really upset about that and he charged me £20. I was just asking for Mini valet and he charged me £20. Not recommend this place at all. !!!!!!!!!!!✋🛑

They charged me more than usual because of dirty !!! And it wasn’t very bad !? Not experience, I cleaned my windows after that it wasn’t good , vacuum it wasn’t good as well , they should have told me before to charge … Never be back ….

They scratched my car and denied it. Asked to see who owns the place and manager but they acted dumb

I've washed y car at home before, honestly did a better job. Didn't even reach corners under the seat. They just wiped the interior with dirty microfiber clothes with a whole load of shine... Just made the car plastic sticky really, left dirt marks every. If I'm honest I should just gone home & did it myself than wasting £15 on a mini valet. Poor service & not to be rude but you're providing service in England so it would be good I learn English.
