Bright & Clean Hand Car wash

I would not recommend Bright and Clean Car Wash. Their service is very poor and they seem to be interested only in taking customers' money rather than providing quality service. The work was not worth the price, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I felt that customers are not treated fairly, and the business appears to focus on making money instead of ensuring customer satisfaction. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this car wash to others. PLEASE DONT VISIT THIS PLACE.

Just awful. Always used the car wash on Trent Bridge previously who did a really good job and pretty friendly staff. So gave this place a try. Asked the older guy who was ordering everyone around if they take card payment? Sure he jokingly replies we take anything. Car cleaned inside and out in 10 minutes! Cash only says one of his helpers! But the boss says card okay? No only cash and boss just smiles like I’m stupid. Fortunately I happened to have a £20 note which they grudgingly accepted as tried to charge me £23. Avoid this place better to wait until it rains and leave your windows open.

It was a quick wash and go which was charged £13 when I arrived home I noticed watermarks all over car and had to clean windows myself as they only used damp cloth to clean no window spray It was my first time using won't be going back I don't understand why people rate this place

Don't normally use this car wash but was short of time . Wash and dry was charge £15. Results not impress with foam still remains on side mirror also back window was not clean properly When paying only had £20 note handed over and the chap said " keep the change. Off cause Not. Would I use them again. NO

Rude and clueless scratched paint work and whacked prices up won’t move the cars up expect you get close to other vehicles

Good service, car cleaned well inside and out. 4 stars rather than 5 as I’d recommend two improvements; 1. Would be great if they could take card rather than just cash, 2. I felt the pressure washer was unnecessarily strong.

Terrible service. Been there yesterday, the pressure was too high on the wash gun and there were multiple place where the paint has peeled off. Never again.

Car wash was fine, but they had to open my doors and boot to dry my car off. I had a suitcase in my car as I just got back from a trip and I was asked constantly “are you rich?” They then started making jokes and pretended to take my suitcase to get a reaction from me. Disgusting behaviour and I felt unsafe. Would never go here again.

only cash, car was meh. Made me wait in the cold so my partner could get cash without telling us before

Absolutely terrible, went to wash my car there and paid £40 for service 3, the rear mirror demister cable was detached, the windscreen wipers were broken, the car was barely cleaned and they didn’t even spray the car inside to make it smell nicer. I paid £40 for them to ruin my car
