A word to the wise, approach with caution. I recently had the displeasure of dealing with this business. I was told by Paul Jnr. that if i did not pass for finance that i would get my deposit back and how he "Doesn't like to do business like that.". Lo and behold whenever i returned to Paul to let him know of a change of circumstance and that i would no longer pass for finance he told me deposits are non refundable and he was keeping my money. Through the pursuit of trying to get my deposit back and many phone calls i was told many times to "disappear" and "Go Away" and i have a video of him being verbally aggressive to me and my father. After taking my deposit he put the car up in price by £3000. To put a long story short this business has taken £700 from 20 year old who has just lost his job. I expect to hear from you soon.

I recently bought a car from Paul, I could not recommend them in my opinion he told me bare face lies, he has aggressive phone manner and cannot be trusted. He may come on and say it was down to confusion but I can assure you there was no confusion! Too smart. I should have paid attention to other poor reviews.

Terrible service. Rude and abrupt. Wouldn't recommend wasting your journey. False advertising. Car was described as mint in fact far from it.

Bought my sons first car of this dubious operation. I bought it in good faith over the phone on assurances the car was a sound and fit for purpose £5k ish. To cut a long story short they sold me a car with a dangerously defective shock absorber along with a defective exhaust. My mechanic says he has not seen a shock in worse condition in his life. Phone calls and text and recorded delivery letter have gone unanswered therefore i had to fix the car and now i have no option but to take legal redress to reclaim my costs. I would suggest if you want a company with any moral customer care compass i would go elsewhere. As a kicker my son drove 50 miles on the dangerous shock as he just passed his test. That gives an insight into the levels of concern shown when declaring the car was road ready by this company!

Avoid like the plague .

Excellent service and great workers

When visiting with an friend to look at cars and we was approached by an man, on which I assume was someone else looking at cars just approach us and said “you shouldn’t buy that” and trying to move us one to an expensive car on which felt very wrong and wasn’t comfortable with the service as felt very argumentative and awkward as we just looking around.. I would rather visit places like cinch or local car finance company so I don’t have to deal with confrontation like that ever again!

Real professional service,work place is spotless, mechanics are friendly an easy to speak to and the management run a real professional operation, wouldn't use any1 else

I got my people carrier valeted today with full interior and outside cleaning and it is a fabulous job, It is immaculate inside, even around the hard to get areas under the seats! I asked for the seats to be cleaned as there were some hard to remove stains, and they are all off it- they are spotless!!. The car looks like its brand new to be honest!! Amazing job- well worth it!!!
