Not to be trusted. Left my car in with them to do a full valet for £15 they barely hoovered the corners of my car. Then decided to ROB me by taking my loose change from the open compartment in my car. Unbelievable tipping yourselves!! Shame on your business. Won't be back.

I can’t give zero stars so I’ll give one. The men who work here are so creepy. I have to walk past here to get to work, and every single time I get harassed and catcalled by them. Disgusting place, avoid.

Obviously I didn’t read reviews before I went here, £10 for wash and dry of a 3008 , wheels not even cleaned large gaps where they didn’t wash the car properly ..terrible service abrupt and rude … stay away

Charged £20 for Mini valet. Inside of car was not even cleaned properly. They spend 2 mins cleaning on the inside. I said to the guy to clean it again. It was still not done right.Terrible job, go some where else and get it done right.

They scratched up my brand new car. All over driver's side and back.. absolutely horrific.. DO NOT USE.. they shouldn't be allowed near any cars

Car was valeted a few weeks ago and hardly driven since. Really only needed minimal clean . Very unsatisfactory. Asked to clean interior coffee cup holder again after I had paid , as spilled liquid still on it . That was about all needed cleaning on the inside. Got home realised door pocket not cleaned and boot which was what needed cleaned not cleaned properly. I would not advise .

Conveniently located near the busy shopping centre, perhaps, but that's where the positives end abruptly. Against my better judgment – I usually wash my car myself – I gave this roadside hand wash a try. A decision I instantly regretted. I was utterly appalled to witness one of their staff approaching my car, ready to wash it with the exact same filthy rag he had just used to scrub the grime and brake dust off the wheels of the car in front. The sheer negligence is staggering. When he clocked me watching him, aghast, he actually had the audacity to simply flip the contaminated cloth over, clearly intending to smear that wheel filth all over my car's paintwork. Let me be crystal clear: using cloths contaminated with abrasive grit from wheels on paintwork isn't just unprofessional, it's a guaranteed way to inflict scratches and swirl marks. It demonstrates a complete lack of basic knowledge or, worse, UTTER CONTEMPT FOR CUSTOMERS' VEHICLE . Any decent car wash knows cloths for bodywork must be kept separate and meticulously clean. My advice? Avoid this place like the plague unless you actively want your car's paintwork systematically ruined. A truly shocking and unprofessional outfit.

Probably the worst place I’ve tried for a wash and dry (my wife Saul place had to close). Bits missed all over especially low down, dry chemical stain down both doors. I went back round and got them to do it properly. Never again.

So a Ford Puma is now a large car? Didn't wash properly so had to finish the job myself. Were very unfriendly. Won't use again.

£13 for a BMW x1 to be washed and “dried”. Car still dirty after and full of streaks. Tyres not shined. Staff weren’t particular pleasant and hit my car with the hose. Wont be back.

Called in here on my way past as I was in the area. Never been before and won’t be back again, charged my Renault car as a large car, it is definitely not large! Didn’t clean properly, not dried properly either. Such a poor job yet charge the most out of any carwash in Belfast. The men are creepy. Will not return

Good service very quick and professional, the staff were very friendly and helpful! My car looks brand new , would definitely recommend it to anyone and I will definitely be back

Charge £25 for small car mini valet ,spend 3 minutes on it , not clean at all inside car , I never use this car wash again, I just lost £25 ,
