Quality car wash & valeting

Do not use these people if you are expecting a proper job done. Paid 70 pounds for a full valet with paintwork done for selling my car. Really robbed blind. Returned car today to have it done again as I complained yesterday and thought it would have been sorted out. But honestly the romainians would do a better job for 30 quid. Really very disappointed. Finished the job at home today myself. I have photos of how they handed the car back to me yesterday and today. Not worth 70 pounds. Rip off.

Absolutely top class. Left car in to get cleaned and it was spotless by the time I got back from a day in belfast! Couldn’t recommend enough

1 star cause I can’t give none Left my car in for a full valet and ceramic coating I personally don’t think the inside was done Don’t waste your money The car was that clean that he said I owe you a car wash. So obviously didn’t clean the outside Wouldn’t go near them. I messaged and got nothing worth replying to

Paid for wash and Polish. Came back from shopping and paid for job. Sadly when I saw the car in daylight in my driveway the rear and wheels of the car were evidently not cleaned at all. Not easy to notice in the dull lights of multistorey car park. Will have to wash the car again. Very disappointed, save yourselves the money and go elsewhere.

Awful awful awful do not USE i paid £80 for a deluxe clean inside and out and they didn’t touch anything left even dirtier than i arrived whole car smells like dirty water now

Couldn’t be more pleased. Got the £20 mini Valet without wax. Car looked brand new from the outside and inside. Looked like it was brand new right out of the dealership. Everything done in timely manner and Attendant was lovely as well. <3

Premium valet at a fraction of usual cost. Had my car in for full valet and have to say, great attention to detail throughout, the paintwork has a mirror-like finish after the machine polish. Highly recommended place, will definitely be back.

I was putting off cleaning the car and when I pulled into car park when I seen the valet service something clicked so my initial contact was Ryan himself such a lovely and welcoming fella. He told me to park up and he would send someone over. Next a really bubbly nice fella too came over and explained packages I felt it was very upsell in the packages but sure no harm. We agreed a price of £70 for the £80 deal as I had to endure the exchange rate. Very nice of him. When I arrived at 4pm to collect car. Lots of banter from lads really easy going. So I paid through Revolut it was absolutely no problem at all. Ryan advised £75 but I paid £70 like agreed when I left car. No one said anything. So nextly the car. When I went to car wheels didn't look overly clean. When I opened back there was bits on floor that wasn't hoovered up. Also marks to back of drivers seat that wasn't attended too. Passenger seat stain not fully removed and wasn't told about it upon collection also drivers mirror inside had marks wasn't cleaned properly and some marks on windscreen, dust beside gear stick and very obviously a poor job altogether. I said nothing and went on as I was late returning but however minor the above issues are I was promised the platinum deal and I definitely 100% don't feel like I received it. Everyone was lovely and it was extremely busy, the lads are sound, so maybe it was just a busy day. I do know for sure I wouldn't avail of this service again.

Ryan and the team delivered a phenomenal level of service and a fantastic result for my car. They went above and beyond to ensure the paintwork had a deep shine and lustre, and the interior was spotless! Very approachable and even offered to bring my car key to my office down the street - proper customer service and a great result! Would highly recommend if you’re a regular in the city centre!

**update - I was contacted by the owner who offered to do the job again free of charge which I thought was very decent. I would have preferred that the job was done properly on the day. A detailed valet for £80, the very minimum should be that rubbish is removed and car hoovered properly.

Couldn’t recommend more, my car looks beautiful for my wedding on Saturday! Absolutely beautiful human too who helped me out finding a last minute hairdresser for my wedding too. Thank you so much!

Stroked. Paid £30 yesterday a for clean inside and out, with a wax. No tyre shine and jurys out on weather it was actually waxed or not. Dirt everywhere didnt bother to open the doors to clean in behind them or do the top of the windows in behind the wind deflectors. Poorly hoovered carpets and still rubbish in the back of the car that hadnt been lifted out. Didnt bother to clean the storage area in the centre console either and looks as if a dirty cloth was used on seats and displays as streaks all over it. Guy seemed nice enough but defo wouldnt have gave him £30 if id have looked over the car properly under proper lighting. TheRomanians have done a better job on my motor for £15.

Brilliant service. Had my car cleaned spotless, parked, and a lovely guy even brought my keys to my work for me because they were closing an hour before I finished work. 100/10

Absolutely awful! Daylight robbery. I was completely conned. Paid £80 just to have the outside cleaned with what was supposed to be a professional polish. Rang the guy to complain and he said he would contact me to discuss but just ignoring calls now and hangs up. Can’t believe castle court even allow to rent the space in the carpark.

Bought the auto detailing package at £100. It was an absolute con. Messaged page to say i wasn't happy and received a thumbs up. If you want anything more than a basic wash stay clear! Picture of boot to show example of the poor service.

Terrible value and worst car wash I've ever gotten, wheels not cleaned and spots missed all over.

I went on 5th June in castle court for just a wash but was upsold the full valet. It was a very poor job and most of the interior looked like it hadn’t been touched. I messaged that same day with photos and got ‘really sorry about this’ with no resolution. I have followed up twice since and have been ignored although my messages have been read.
