To big a harry, wheels won't clean back window wasn't clean not happy
Thorough exterior clean, wax, polish and dry performed quickly and efficiently. Valeting available at additional cost but not used this time.

Don't know how to wash cars properly
They're not bad at washing the top of a car but useless at cleaning the underside. Went for an mot wash and the vehicle was still filthy underneath. Took it back and they got it a bit better but still not great. Not cheap either. Neither were they busy so time wasn't an issue.
We went in before Christmas so I guess everyone and his dog was looking their car washed. Was there for about 30 mins before the car was even started to be washed. Coordination could have been better but we'll say this was due to an unexpected influx of so many cars and the amount of staff on. Any other time they do a great job though
