Excellent buying experience with Charles and The Car Company. Courteous from the beginning and the car was presented to me in immaculate condition. After buying the car Charles has also been very good at answering any queries I have had and also did me a nice favour too. Great to see a relatively small garage have such great customer service.

From start to finish, the service provided by Charles was first class. You always have many questions to ask about a car you first find on the internet, especially when you are dealing with an independent seller you have never come across before and the seller is "over the sea" in N Ireland. All questions and queries were answered quickly and accurately; we were collected at the airport as arranged; and when we saw the car, the presentation was immaculate - it looked as good as new. Delighted with car and service provided by Charles and would have no hesitation in highly recommending The Car Company - if only all car dealers were like this!

I have dealt with Charles for many many years his knowledge and expertise is really first class, I find trust is very hard to find when dealing in the second hand car market , you will definitely not have any issues with Charles he would rather not sell you a car unless you where completely happy. Unfortunately with the bigger companies out there which are very much target and sales driven this is a very different experience indeed!
