USA Car Wash & Valeting

These folk need to learn how to wash a car, brought my car for a wash yesterday and they put foam on the car then started to wash the car from the bottom up, then cleaned the windows last. I would not recommend this place at all

Anybody that wants to use this place be aware as they do not clean the car it just gets a quick lick not a sponge in sight put a mark on my car and said they are not responsible as washed at owners risk so obviously they have no insurance and when I asked for a receipt they do not give 1 as they said they don’t need them Think this place needs investigated 😡

The one I normally go to was closed. Tried here. Awful. They didn't sponge it so still covered in dirt. I would attach photos if I could. I'm away to do it myself.

Sprayed the foam on washed it off right away,got home passenger side door still dirty.wont be going back

Absolutely awful £9 for a spray with foam. Not a sponge in sight. Car looks worse than it did before.. avoid at all cost.. not worth even a £1..

Just don't bother with this place. Look at the other reviews. The car was so badly cleaned that I had to redo it when I got home. Also charged for a large car, my car is a small hatchback. I questioned it and I was told that my car was classed as large.

If I could give zero I would - charged £28 for medium car mini valet. The girl said I had to pay extra because it was dirty and was very rude - it was honestly not bad at all and who brings a clean car to get cleaned? After when I got home i realised it was not even well done. Will not be back!

Rip off. £9 to wash a small car without drying. Will not be back. I pay £5 in Newtownards.

I have used this place for years and honestly they used to be grafters. Went today with my new car for a mini valet. When they were finished I got in car and it was only half hoovered, crums everywhere still. I asked them to kindly redo the inside, they did. Handed them £20 waited for my change as it's only £18 and the cheeky so and so never came back. I drove up home and realised the wheels where still stinking, the boot hadnt been hoovered either. Absolute disgrace! We have a fleet of 25 cars and everyone of them gets washed at this car wash 1ce a month. Never use again the staff have changed and they don't care at all.

I didn't get what I wanted, but this was down to a language barrier, but the wash they did was very good

I've been here a couple of times for a mini valet on my own personal car. The mini valet cost me £20 and for the £20 they do a great job. The outside and inside of the car is done to a great standard and very quickly. To be fair in warmer weather yes there could be a queue to get in but the staff there work hard to get you through as quickly as they can. I haven't had to wait in any long queues to get in so I can honestly say, great place for the money.

Wouldn't rush back, charged for a large car in a Q2 and wasn't a thorough clean.

Very happy with the outcome. Brought my car extremely bogging as I have 2 dogs and they travel with me all the time. it was really bad... full crew straight at it and car looks like brand new. Highly recommended 👌

Save your money and go elsewhere just wanted the inside cleaned as I had already done the outside myself but live in a flat and can’t do the inside at home charged me £23 just to do the inside avoid at all costs

Won't be back, they don't use a sponge to clean anything. Told me it's a contactless car wash (it's not 2021). Didn't clean the windows or the mirrors. Then got a handful of 10s and 20s for change 👎

Charged £13 for a large car. I drive a VE TCross which is as small as a polo. RIP off and will never use them again. Half the price at the one in Bloomfields. Also sprayed foam and hosed no hand wash. ‘Dried off’ after opened two front doors to dry not the rear or the boot. And there were streaks everywhere when I got home. I don’t even understand how they are always busy

Wish I had read the reviews before going here. I only went because the one I normally use across the road was too busy which is probably because they Actually, clean your car. No one actually hand washed my car they just sprayed it with foam and hosed it off again then charged me £9 because they said my car was dirty.! Seriously? of course it was. That’s why I took it down in the first place I will not be back…. when I got home, it was still dirty. Bird crap on the roof which hadn’t been cleaned off because they don’t use a sponge and the sills and in behind the mirrors and underneath the spoiler at the back window not touched. Did I say I won’t be back!
