Balticom Hand Car Wash

My husband and I have been regular customers of this car wash for several years. Today we arrived at 5:45 PM, while the car wash was still officially open until 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, it was very clear that the staff were unhappy that customers arrived at that time. Our car was washed in a rush, and the quality of service was nowhere near the standard usually provided to earlier customers — for example, those arriving just after opening hours. To make matters worse, at the end one of the workers informed us that they would not dry our car because it was already 6:01 PM. Despite this, we were still charged £6. We then had to dry the car ourselves in the parking lot and even clean parts of it again because it was still dirty. My question is: if customers are accepted before closing time, shouldn’t they receive the same full service as every other customer? After many years as loyal customers, this experience was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Got my van washed and it cost £20 which I shouldn't had bothered as they didn't do a good job for that price.Won't be back.

Opening hours say 7pm on the sign but apparently only open to 6pm. So they still let us come in at 6.10pm, rushed a wash and couldn’t be arsed drying the car. Came away and the car is still filthy. Won’t be back.

Money grabbers. Left car in for wash only,repeatedly stated wash only £5. Upon return they demanded £8 for wash and dry. I refused til 4 gathered around the car and basically called me a liar. £5 was handed over,my keys returned with my key fob in bits. Disgusting.

Very poor service.. my car not even rinsed properly and charged £8 .. don’t even rinsed wheels 😂.. not a great place ..

Not the greatest , too quick, no attention to detail, didn't clean the wheels very well, left the car with dirty marks

Was overcharge here pay £7 3weeks ago today charge £13 told me prices nearly double go somewhere else YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED DON'T GET RIP OFF
