Euro Hand Car Wash & Valeting Centre

I drive a Nissan Note / small car .Drove in and they were like bees round a beehive . Didn’t get a chance to say what I wanted done just started power washing , when the power hose stopped guy opened door for payment , I gave him £10 , was then prompted to move my car round toward main Rd . I stopped waiting on my change £5 . Was given the hand gesture to drive out . I put window down and asked for my change , no you large car 10 pound valet , I said this is a small car and you only washed it . To which he replied no my boss say £10 . I said I have been before , this is small car wash and go £5 . He said not here £5 ,,,, so then another guy came over and said £7 large car wash and go I give you 3 . I told them to forget it , keep the £10 . They were all smiles and thank you . Lesson learned - DO NOT PAY UNTIL SERVICE COMPLETE! . Me ? I won’t be back . Disgusted .

Worse car wash ever ,let the pre wash dry in while stretched staff were running around about 5 cars at once ,wheels not washed and pre wash stained and marked paint after being allowed to dry out in the sun ,a quick wash later I was asked if I really wanted it dried as the were valeting 2 cars ,the whole place only had 3 workers ,long story short I ended up washing it again at the garage up the road as the back of the car was as bad as it was going in

I took my car down to get washed during a quiet period about 17.15, there was two other cars in so not too busy. There was two young guys on and they only power washed one side of the car to start off with, they didn’t even spray it first to help break down the dirt and then proceeded to wash the whole car both side with sponges. On the side of the car they didn’t even power wash that’s really just rubbing in all the dirt and grit on dry paint. They then power washed both sides of the car and charge me £7 for a wash and dry without even drying the car. This is the car wash I have always used but this was an absolute terrible service especially if you have a nice car or one that you take pride in. I did not pay for the wash as I could have done it better at a self service but I am willing to pay when the service can be carried out at a better standard. Very frustrating on a nice afternoon.

The car wash and dry is very good , the washers are excellent and so are the rinses and the dryers , I go there when my car gets dirty when doing a lot of traveling, I enjoy goingto the car wash I know they do a great job Hugh Semple.

OMG if I was 30 years younger I'd be here every day for a wash and go just to see the cheeky chaps that work here. And when I say work.....they never stop ! Always a smile and a good job done for a very reasonable price.
