Maxol Service Station Antrim Rd

Absolutely horrific. Called in at 10am for a 5 piece fry, only to be greeted with an absolute nightmare of two servers. There were two eggs left and I only needed one. One was mangled, the other one looked not bad. Got home and all I can say is that all the food tasted of bleach or antiseptic. The back taste was horrendous. The stew was unbeatable due to pure fatty beef and the potatoes were like stone. Steak pie was just diabolical as it had the same steak pieces in it. Avoid for breakfast. Bacon was like stone

If i score this place minus 1 I would. Filled up with petrol and un beknown to me my bank card had been frozen due to a potential scam. Went into explain to "Billy" who proceeded to ram it home to me how he would have to pay for my petrol out of his own pocket. If his face could get redder it would have exploded. I was trying to explain I would be back in ten minutes. He then made me watch as he made the payment while repeatedly saying watch watch me paying for your petrol-I can't realease the pump until I pay for your petrol. I did return in 10 minutes to return the money I "stole" from Billy. As a regular customer the most humiliating experience ever. When I asked Billy was he the owner he said no I'm a minion. Will never be back and I will make sure people know of the worst possible customer service ever!!!!!!!!!

Got something from the deli and was rotten and the staff are very cheeky towards customers

Fuel always over priced compared to TOP Garage across road, Deli not the greatest every thing cooked from frozen, real shame.

Says this place is open till 11pm went round at 10.40 and couldn't get in to get fuel, it should say on Google like every other patrol station the correct time it's closed at. what's the point saying it shuts at 11 then close early this is the 3rd time this has happened

I had bought a box of cookies yesterday evening from the spar. Took home and there was a fruit fly in the box it was sealed!! I had brought the box back and asked for replacement box. I was made to look like a dick on the shop floor by your staff saying he couldn’t see it and that I was lying! 4 of us had seen it I didn’t ask for a refund all I wanted was another box. He eventually gave in and let me pick another box however within 10 mins of opening this new box another fruit fly had flew out of the box! Don’t buy these cookies!! They must have fruit fly’s in all of the boxes. Won’t let me attach a photo of them but it’s the £4.95 box of variety cookies.

Don't know how a garage that has just been refurbished, manages to smell like an open sewer every single day. When staff approached they pretended they couldn't smell it whilst another customer directly told them Infront of me. I wouldn't eat from here if my life depended on it.

One of the worst delis I have been in, the chips tasted like they were cooked last week and re heated today!

December 2023 I purchased 2 bottles of flo gas butane 11.34 kg ,I had 2 empty gas bottles and got discount, 66 pounds. I purchased 1 tonight and was charged 38.99 guy at till said it doesn't matter if you have empty one they don't do discount, I'll be paying a visit tomorrow.

Deli can even cook chips I got a bunch of rocks almost broke my tooth

Food like bricks absolutely stinking worst food on the road , headers cooking it , yuck wouldn't even give it to the dogs seriously

Friendly staff

Won 100quid voucher off the radio to spend in this Spar (my choice) the only thing bad I can say about it is, unless your turning left its a nightmare to drive out of. Roads always pretty busy.
