Riverside autowash

Great group of fellas working here at Riverside Autowash. Friendly, approachable and always a good wash. Not to mention their prices are reasonable and have been over the last 2 years I've been going. Got my seats washed recently and they were cleaned and dry within 3 hours as I was in a rush. They have a great set up ie waiting queue and washing queue. They know what they are doing! They even have a phone number so you can call to book your car in. They also recommended an auto spark and mechanic for me when I asked, both of which I use now! *Do not confuse this car wash with the newer one at the old garage on Main Street, which I used once, extremely over priced and no where near as good as Riverside. For example the staff wear zipped jackets which you can hear scratching on your car!*

Brilliant valet here, the car inside and out is like it’s brand new again. I also had a machine polish done earlier on in the year and it is still gleaming, definitely recommend

Always found Riverside Autowash to be reliable and efficient. I have the Tidy-up valet done regularly to my CHR and they leave it gleaming. Best wash around!!!

1st ☆ for equipment. Its touchless car wash, but at some point they get to scrub a bit. I personally prefer hand wash (which they seem to offer) but enjoy the touchless as a provided service. 2nd ☆☆ for organisation. There's actually an orderly manner and progression of their service. It's efficient. 3rd ☆☆☆ for the staff. They seem committed and cautious as they go about their duty. CONS: -1. You arrive with the assumption you know whatsup! No one's asking you any questions, just join the queue and get washed. Well the downside to this is you can't get the interior cleaned cause you are already on the default queue, "the touchless wash", which brings us to next negative; -2. You have to book ahead of time for other (or extra) services like interior wash, which is OK IF only they picked up their calls, as I left 4/5 unanswered missed calls before setting out to the wash. I enquired about this and they provided me same number I got from Google, a viscous circle. -3. Lack of finesse. Maybe its a downside to touchless car wash, as there's dry water spash or even the cloth trail on the glass. Car actually looked washed but needed an extra dry cloth to take off water stains, which I had to do when back home. Conclusion: If this is the norm then, this is just as good enough of a car wash. Try call in, if your call gets picked, ask if the hand wash is better than the touchless and see if it does a better job. £5 wash + £1 wax (body wash)

My car had been driven through muck and dirt due to a road closure last week. The guys revitalised my car back to it's former glory. Great price for the service provided

These guys do a good job of the wash and as a bonus, they're locally owned and staffed.
