Sent in my car today to get a 'full valet'. Shouldn't have bothered. Could have done a better job myself at the house and half an hour. How any business owner would have the brass neck to hand a car back over in the condition proposed was beyond me. I had to point out the very obvious places were no cleaning had taken place whatsoever. Both inside and out. I had a container in.the car that was full of euro coins. When I got the car back it was about a quarter full of them. Bought this up with the owner and they magically appeared. So please don't leave anything you dont want to go missing in your car. He said he would have a word with his staff about. Too late and too little. Deeply deeply disappointed. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Pathetic service. I am fuming

Had my car in today, was able to call in for a quote earlier in the week and get booked in relatively quickly at a time that suited best. Craig was so lovely & pleasant to deal with. Couldn't believe that was my car when I picked it up! Between 2 young kids and a dog (and me spilling drinks multiple times on the seats!) it really needed a good scrub. I never thought my seats could be that clean ever again lol great work and really reasonable price, will most definitely be back to get the other car done too!!

Very happy with BKK Valeting after a full valet. The customer service was very friendly with great communication and the clean itself is immaculate. Our car looks brand new inside and out.

Just had my car valeted by BKK valeting and what a fantastic job. I use my car to go to the stables and it was full of mud, flax and hay. Once they were finished you would never have known. It the best valet I have had done. Thank you.

Went there to get backseats cleaned from sick and interior valet, owner is a great guy, knows his stuff, really friendly and helpful, would definitely use their services again in future.

I've had my car for 4yrs and between my son and the dog, it was starting to look a bit grubby. Final straw was me spilling a full cup of coffee all over the drivers seat. Never had a valet done before, so contact Craig to get booked in for a full valet. Craig was so accommodating and worked around my schedule. The boys did an amazing job for such a reasonable price. Will definitely be back and recommend BKK to everyone!

Seized a last minute opportunity to leave my car in with Craig today for a Full Valet and I got car back in showroom condition ! I had a year of serious car trouble and finally changed cars just few weeks ago. Having fallen out of love with driving and with cars in general, I purchased my new car and was happy, but something was missing. It just didnt feel clean. Craig took it in and with super attention to detail has utterly transformed it into a Masterpiece of Car Detailing. I am totally astounded at how great it looks and how fresh it feels. Craig hasnt just cleaned my car, he has restored my love in driving and has banished a year from hell back to where it belongs. I am actually looking forward to going to work this week just so I can drive my car lol

Booked in to get a mini valet a few weeks ago. Communication was really good and got booked in quickly. When I picked the car up the boot had not been cleaned - was sorted quickly and Craig was great. However, when I drove the car away I noticed some other parts had been missed including all 4 car doors, the passenger footwell and in between the seats. My drivers side window had also been scratched. Craig messaged later on to apologize about the boot and I told him I was a bit disappointed about the window etc and he read the message and didn’t reply. I wasn’t looking for anything as I wouldn’t have made first contact, but an apology would have been appreciated.

I had a full valet done on my mother’s Audi A1 by BKK ahead of selling it and they did a great job, making a lovely car look like brand new. Craig couldn’t have been more helpful. The car sold to the first buyer who saw it within a matter of hours. Highly recommended.
