Car wash Fuller Road-Dagenham

I had a very disappointing experience at this car cleaning service. I brought my car in for an inside-out clean, but the backside interior was left untouched. When I returned to politely point this out, I was met with an aggressive and defensive response. I calmly explained that I simply expected the job to be done properly since I had paid for it. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff — including the owner — became rude and dismissive, insisting they would have charged me £50-60 for a proper interior clean. If that was the case, they should have communicated it upfront. I was shocked by how unprofessional they were and how unwilling they seemed to resolve the matter. Ultimately, I was asked to leave and told to go elsewhere. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and I would not recommend their service. Responding to your reply: Firstly, this was never about the money. I paid the amount you asked for without hesitation and left. When I reached home and noticed the back of the car was still untouched, I returned to inform you that it hadn’t been cleaned properly. If a deeper clean required an additional charge, you should have communicated that upfront. Instead, when I came back, you became defensive and aggressive. When I asked how much extra you would charge to complete the job, your son maybe — who I understand is part of your staff — said he didn’t know and that it would be ‘up to the owner’. This lack of clarity and the attitude I experienced explains the negative reviews you’ve received. Unfortunately, my experience aligns with those concerns, and due to how the conversation unfolded, I felt it necessary to record it. Your defensive response here only reinforces how poorly the situation was handled. I don’t feel the need to respond to any further comments from you, as it no longer matters to me.

Would give it more but some of the car not dried properly and £12 for outside only ,I have a small s.u.v maybe a little bit too much not sure.

I had my car washed here and I must say they did a fantastic job and the boss is very friendly

I was a regular, but they refused to clean some vomit because they said I was not a regular, I clearly remember everyone there and they all said they don't remember me. All a bunch of liars.

Most worst car wash ever, rude staff, they mock you. Didn’t even clean good avoid at all cost.

I had inside and outside cleaning. My car was very dirty and they cleaned it very well. There was 5 cars before me but it was going fast.The price is £20

Genuinely the worst car wash I’ve been to. Had to go home and wipe a lot of dirt off my seats and doors. Don’t waste your time and money going here

Hidden away car wash, great service and quality cleaning

Avoid!!!. They do decent job cleaning the car but they use strong acid solution on the wheels which overtime strips the paint and leaves horrible white marks on them. It happened to 4 of our vehicles and we couldnt figure it out at first. When we did my husband pointed it out to them but they couldnt care less. We have stopped using them now but will have to pay a lot of money to have our alloys refurbished.

It’s alright for £10 but they didn’t dry my car properly which left water stains all over. Also my windows weren’t cleaned properly - few stains remaining on the windshield and as mentioned they didn’t dry it properly so it was left with smudges and water marks once it actually dried
