Decent but they clean your car in a rush, missing lots of sports for exemple on the alloys, side skirts etc. No attention to detail

I recently used this hand car wash and was very disappointed with the service. Despite paying for a full wash, my car was returned with visible dirt, streaks on the windows, and areas that had clearly been missed. The attention to detail was poor, and the overall finish did not meet expectations. The staff appeared rushed and did not seem concerned when I pointed out the issues. Considering the price charged, the quality of service was not acceptable. Unfortunately, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this hand car wash to others.

Been to a lot of local hand car washes locally and these guys are the best not just a very good clean but also attention to detail.. I hate having water streaks after driving away on my dark car and they cover it all

Totally rubbish. Did the Platinum wash for £35 (the 2nd highest option) but the cleaning was so rubbish. All marks left on the seats. When asked them, they said it won't come off. Came home and took it off myself easily. Gave me such an attitude. Didn't even hoover the boot, had to ask them to do it. You get a £15 wash but pay £35. Do NOT go here and waste your money. Gave them 2 stars for doing the outside well. Inside was a total waste.

I had been to this car wash when it first opened a few years ago and hadn’t returned since. I had gone there a few days ago as I was selling my car and had to quickly get it washed for the photos. Car was rushed as the queue was building up even though it was midday on a weekday. There was marks left inside the car, streaks on the screen and interior surfaces. They vacuumed the carpets but not underneath them masking dirt. But the issue didn’t end there. When it came to paying for the wash, I asked the attendant (short guy with short boxed hair) for the card machine. He instantly barked at me stating that I needed to pay in cash. No where did I see any signs to state cash only. The customer before me also wanted to pay in card. I offered to come back with the cash, to which he replied he told me last time and I did the same thing. I replied that I had not been to the car wash in years, so that was false and he must of been thinking of someone else. Miraculously a card machine appeared, he rudely and abruptly pushed it to my face stating he is charging me £2 more for the use of the card machine. That was £22 for a below standard car wash with rude service. I nearly walked away but it was not worth the confrontation that the attendant was looking for. AVOID and go to other car washes down the road.

They charged £45 for NO 4 . But no air freshener and paper mat given ..very poor clealinleness no proper polish no even full car only front bonet polish. Very poor service equipment no available. They say mini velvet but rubbish kind of £15 wash

Incredibly rude staff. Became rude when I politely pointed out they were not wiping the underside of the door. Too much attitude. Do not go.

I’ve been to Grove Hand Car Wash three or four times before and had generally been satisfied with the service. Since it’s in our neighborhood, I’ve sometimes left my car with the keys due to long waiting lines. This time, as I was arriving and about to get out of my car, another vehicle pulled in right behind me. The driver got out before me and went straight to the manager, telling him that he was leaving the key in the car and would return shortly. Surprisingly, the manager accepted this. I did the same — explained I’d be back shortly and that I had left my car this way in the past without issues. However, despite the fact that I had arrived before the other person, the manager refused and insisted I wait. I found this treatment very unfair and unprofessional. It’s disappointing, especially as I had stopped going to another place just to support a local business in my own neighborhood. But after this experience, I’ll be returning to the previous car wash. I hope they learn from this and start treating all customers equally, with the same set of rules.

The worst car wash experience of my life. They didn't clean my car properly and when I asked why they didn't Hoover the boot they said they don't want to damage their vacuum, all I had was some loose soil. The owner threatened me when I asked about it and I had my 5 year old

Fairly priced and good wash.
