Morrisons Hand Car Wash In Becontree Heath

I drive a small a class hatchback and they argued with me wanting £25 and claimed it falls into the 4x4 category.. when I raised it with them and told them it’s clearly not £25 if they look at their pricing on the board they were rude and said I shouldn’t go by the billboard, clearly they just make up their own prices and try rip people off

I paid £35 for a car wash today, but the job didn't meet expectations. The car wasn't cleaned thoroughly and there was dust left all over. When I called to complain, the staff spoke rudely. Not satisfied with the service.

Very disappointing made an appointment for today at 5:30 pm last night. They had a look at the vehicle and I shook hands with the manager and promised them I would be here, when I arrived Everything was closed and I was left with my car unwashed to pick up a client in the following morning.

Very happy with the service my car had today. Both inside & outside done for £25. Car is spotless! Will defo be back here!

£15 is a rip off just to wash the outside of a small car! Especially when it’s not even spotless! I still have leaves not cleared and a streaky back window! Avoid going here, go to Oxlow lane if you can!

Avoid at all costs!!!! They washed my car with dirty cloths, and then left the water to dry on its own for few minutes which ended up leaving water marks all over the car. I had to wipe the car down myself to get rid of the water marks. There using student workers who have no clue on how to wash a car. Once I complained bossman told me to never come back😂 I don’t think I was going to come back anyway😂😂😂
