Sharing a picture out of someone else as couldn't get the name of the employee that absolutely terrified me with his behaviour. Tried to pay by card something went wrong in the progress and the personal assistant absolutely lost his mind and started to be shout at me using his disgusting language. Regret spending any money out there. Defiantly do not recommend shopping in there, never shopped before but never will. Just came by first time as was running out of petrol late at night. Disgraceful customer service I hope that person will get investigated. That's not right whatever his problem is being like this towards others.

Rip off! Taking advantage on what is going on at the moment. V Power petrol almost 1.70 per litre. Greed greed greed ! Bit further Asda and Esso petrol station with better prices. Avoid!!!!!

Won't go to this station ever again. Rude staff, especially this particular cashier guy, who, with customers inside the shop, he signs in his own language and he is pretending fighting with someone, kicking and punching. I just can waited to pay and get out from there. RUDE!!!!

The worst service I've ever received.I pulled up to put in petrol just as another customer was paying for their petrol after they have finished filling up, bearing in mind this was after 1am in the morning. Meaning you pay before put in petrol. He let the woman who was white fill up before paying , but asked me to pay before filling up . I said fine . I then went on to pay with my card ,he refused giving me my receipt .asking me to go fill up and then come back to take my receipt,which I refused. He started shouting at me to my surprise. Other customer's where behind me was also in shock to see what was unfolding... he then went on to give me my receipt after 5 minutes of shouting with other customers asking why he wouldn't give me my receipt. This the second time this older man has done this to me , am not going to stand for this , I own a restaurant and understand what customer service is . I would never fill up at this station again. But would take this further . This not the end of this .....

Person in the shell image is the worst behaviour you will get in the night if you perches there. Don’t know how to talk nicely. Like don’t want to serve customers in the night throwing money on the floor and using bed language. Avoid this pump specially night time

Just been to the garage the man who served me was so rude i wanted to pay at the window and he got really aggressive

Very expensive fuel! 2.05 per litre for premium petrol! But hey thank our government for that.

Avoid this fuel station the guy put 3030.00 instead of 30 pounds on contactless payment and blocked my bank, never coming here again also had to pay first

Dont bother! You pay upfront but then he tries to short you with the fuel top up. You gotta force him to give your change back

Terrible. I needed to do a full tank but the man insisted I paid first. I told him I dont know how much to pay and he said to state a number. I kindly tried to ask and reason if he could just allow me to pay later but he rudely raised his hands and told me to tell him a number. So i just said a tenner, filled a tenner, and have no intention to return. I always fill up full tank to full tank. THIS IS ONE OF THOSE SILLY PLACES WHERE THEY CANNOT COMPROMISE, therefore they do not deserve any loyalty, or any large purchases, and deserve FULL BOYCOTT.

Incredibly poor customer service from raj if that’s even his name working on the evening of 17th September 2025 between 7-8:30pm considering we visit this petrol garage on a daily basis for our company vehicles never had an issue until this evening left us both incredibly upset and will be reporting his behaviour to management in the morning ! Avoid this petrol garage at all costs the one further up by Dagenham East has lovely staff always friendly and polite shame this one had to ruin it for shell after reading reviews seems to be a racial issue at this store considering I’m white and my husband who was filling up his fuel was mixed race. Raj insisted on many of occasions IT IS THE LAW to remove your helmet when visiting a petrol garage… owned a motorbike for a number of years never heard such a thing! This may be a request which he has always had no issue with but raj refused outright to serve my husband. Raj did not once ask my husband to remove his helmet (as proven by body cam footage) despite raj saying he asked my husband on a number of occasions to remove it not an issue though because he did tell us there is CCTV in the shop which will also back up “his version” of events . Conveniently as we were questioning rajs law authority another guy walked in with a crash helmet and A balaclava completely covering his face and was NOT asked to remove it DESPITE this being “a law”! Disgusting behaviour seems to be a common issue with this petrol garage AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
