Very good and done properly

Another low level car wash. Been offered 20£ (instead of 13£) CAR POLISH WASH WITH AN AIRGUN blow of all trapped water and all internal doors wipe off. At the end there was no polish as all what ever they meant by that, no wax or anything, exactly the same as normal wash. only one side of the car doors been ever opened and wiped off another 2 and a trunk never been touched. Roof all had small dirt stains, not been washed properly. And the car wasn't dirty when i arrived just wanted the dust been washed away. At the end i been asked to pay, i pointed that no air blow on the mirrors was done (as it was lots of water dripping from them), guy ignored me and asked to pay again, when i payed he moaning done what i had been promised. Not great service at all, when you need to point and check what was done and what wasn't. I ending up wiping doors and trunking myself. May pop over again and try another time but as per this experience i would not recommend the place.

I normally get a great service here & to be fair most of it was good but I was really unimpressed with the internal detailing. I didn't see it when I got in otherwise I'd of said but as I was driving away & got home I could see the bits that were missed so I'll have to remember next time to check it before I leave even if it is intimidating having just men who talk to each other in a foreign language & look over at you laughing, that's something else to deal with!

First time here, very pleased with the basic wash, will return.

I went there yesterday for a wash and hoover. As I left I looked down at the gear stick and there was my bank card. I must have dropped it in the footwell after a recent purchase. I applause their honesty which is a refreshing change these days.

I will never go there again. I asked for a normal car wash and they quoted me £60.and very rude. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The best car valeting service in the area. I have been coming here for years for due to the attention to detail and methodical detailing. I have 2 high end cars which generally leave the sight in showroom condition. The communication is clear and helpful with an outgoing attention to good service. I recently got my car washed at Upminster Bridge carwash.They did an excellent job on the exterior of my car. It was extremely dirty before, but after the wash, it looked absolutely spotless. The paint was shining beautifully, the windows were crystal clear, and even the wheels looked brand new. They really paid attention to the small details, making sure every part of the outside was thoroughly cleaned. The service was also quick and efficient, without compromising on quality. I truly appreciated how careful they were with my vehicle. It’s clear they take pride in their work.
