From my perspective anyone’s having a car cleaning trouble having scratches on your car after a wash because they use to use jet on the cars, and this The Car Wash CO. Makes your car stay new because they use to just sprinkle water on there car and polish it fine with clothes and sprays. Thats it i say no more.

Won't take my car there again. £59 and the car was not properly cleaned as it should be. Also there are a few scratches that definitely weren't there before. Really gutted. Will.be washing my own car again from now on

Overpromised on timing, underdelivered on the finish. I came back to my car after the agreed time and had to wait another 10-15 minutes for it to be finished. When it was complete, there was cleaning solution that hadn’t been wiped off properly on the interior, dust left on the rims of the wing mirrors/boot/window. FYI to anyone paying £32 for the ‘platinum’ package that the whole wash is done with a cleaning solution spray vs. soap & water.

£42 for an inside and out clean, was an absolute waste of money. Rims were filthy, rubbish left in the car, dirt left in obvious places, seats supposed to be washed and weren’t but worst of all was the staff who tried to defend the poor job. No jet wash on site, claimed to have lost some tools and used that as justification for not cleaning some bits. If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely useless.

It's not the best but it's something. Its not a wash as the company name would suggest. Its a wipe down. The drive throughs are more thorough.

You might better go a clean it yourself. Full of dust and grease. Definitely not recommend!

Avoid at all costs. Charged me £50 for a full inside and out. Inside of car was still dirty and hardly touched at all. Outside was covered in water marks. There were smears over windows and was an awful job done. When you try to challenge the male there is a large Eastern European he becomes confrontational and aggressive. Dreadful place. Avoid at all costs.

Update; I went back and they were friendly and cleaned it properly this time. DO NOT GO HERE they wiped car not washed with water just sprayed and wiped was meant to polish and clearly not done left with them 2 hours and still filthy absolute jokes....

Absolutely shocking wiped over with a spray stick dirt all over had to get then to hoover inside again dont bother wasting your money paid extra for polish and stick dusty.

Be very wary of this particular car wash. I was lied to about pricing going up and then after contacting the company via their phone number to sort out the price which they did, i got back to the car wash was told that im crying to the company too much. They also happily justified trying to scam me as I signed a receipt even though I was lied to about pricing. The only reason this review isnt a 1 star, is the company was very accomodating over the phone and very helpful. Hopefully this gets sorted out.

Feel ultimately ripped off. Was charged £55 and the car was just sprayed outside and wiped down inside and excessive polish used I could hardly breathe with the windows closed for 2 days, there were still cobwebs on the outside , my windscreen on the inside has also been scratched. Told to pay cash as card machine not working. It has never been returned to me after a wash in such a poor state will never use again.

I had my car deeply cleaned from inside and outside after purchasing it fron the worst owner who didn't cleaned it or looked after the car. The after cleaning conditions of the car totally changed the look of the car. I will totally reccomend this place if you want to get your car cleaned. Thank you.

Decided to cancel my car wash due to the bad behaviour and deceit of the person managing the shift. I have always had a good experience with this car wash in the past. I always went for the gold package to get my car washed. The price for the wash (all inclusive) always came to £28, with any point that they missed and that you wanted them to clean, they cleaned it in the past, no questions asked. This time, the person said if I give him £2 more, he will polish my car. I said no, he said again only £2, I said ok. However my sister, who was the passenger in my car read the details of the package. Turned out polish was a part of the deal. So within 2 mins of agreeing to him asking me to pay £30 for a £28 wash, I said, could you please do the regular £28 wash? He said no, because very rude, raised his voice, and said you are asking for us to clean everything inside out (which is included in the package btw), so we can’t do it for £28. My sister confronted him that you said that £2 is for polish, which is included in the package, he started to mumble because he had no grounds to stand on. Ended up cancelling my car wash. I was a regular customer here, but I am definitely never coming back. I didn’t mind the £2 extra when I was already paying £28 for a basic car wash, but why lie, deceive and then be disrespectful to the customer? You lost a loyal customer today. Very very disappointed. Beware people, this site has become a rip-off!
