Silver Mobile Car Valeting

Not very professional. First booked an appointment but missed it without any notification. Then called again and come at last. Started cleaning but stopped few minutes later and started talking over the phone with someone for about half an hour notwithstanding my warning of job in two hours time. Cleaning was rubbish. It was supposed to be a full valeting - interior and exterior. But left uncleaned many obvious dirts and spots. They just robbed my honey. I asked for a reciept but couldn't make one and told me he will send me one via email. Never received any reciept. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely terrible valet service, I would give ZERO stars if I could!!! Firstly turned up extremely late with no explanation given and when I quite politely asked why as I was waiting in especially, I was met with a foul mouthed outburst from the horrid man. The actual valet cleaning was not great, done using old dirty equipment and this was made worse when the man put his boot on one of my car seats and left it with a dirty stained mark that he said was there before he started, its my car and I know that it wasn't but he argued and argued until I'd had enough and told him to stop as I wasn't happy at all. Then demanded full payment even after all the issues, threatened violence if I didn't pay and to top it off as he pulled away from my driveway clipped my neighbours car denting it and didn't even stop. The police have been informed as my neighbour has cctv. Would never use this company again, quite literally one of the worst I've ever used.

There is only one word to describe the service and that is excellent. My car is 6 years old and had a cream leather interior which was filthy but now looks brand new again. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely be using their services again.

Booked a valet with silver mobile car valeting to clean a car that I had just purchased from auto trader! The BMW has cream coloured leather seats and carpets. The previous owner being a heavy smoker, the vehicle not only smelt of stale cigarettes it was extremely dirty with the leather seats now being brown in color, to be honest I didn't ever expect that my I would ever see cream seats again! So I booked a showroom valet for the next day. The friendly, experienced, mobile valeter came and spent approx 3 hours of hard graft cleaning my car! All I can say is WOW, this guy works magic, I have an amazingly clean car and cream coloured leather seats, the ceiling of the car too is also back to its original colouring along with the carpets too! The stale cigarette smell has also gone and been replaced with a fresh smelling fragrance! If you are looking for a top quality valeting service then look no further, I will definatly be using them again and will 100% be recommending then to friends and family!
