Asked for £45 for just washing the outside of the car. Most places are between £10 and £20. These guys are clearly out of their mind.

For how much they charge this is criminal. Dirt and residue still all over, interior and peddles feel like it’s been in a bath of oil, door pockets not hoovered, fluff and hair all still visible. I will never go back here what an absolute rip off I’d avoid this place at all costs people. Car was there for 3 hours might I add £160 (reduced) and funny how all the 1 stars have evidence and all the 5 stars are very generic posts

We have used this facility on three separate occasions each time having an express wash. Three visits three different prices for the same service. The first visit was £30 cash only, second £20 cash or card, the last visit was £25 cash or card. My thoughts are, the wash is good but maybe need a menu on display for pricing transparency.

From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming and clearly took pride in what they do. They paid great attention to detail, making sure every part of my car was spotless — inside and out. The finish was excellent, and my car genuinely looked as good as new. You can really tell the guys care about doing a thorough job rather than rushing through it. On top of that, the service was quick and efficient, which is perfect when you’re shopping at Lakeside and want to come back to a sparkling clean car.
