Forgotten to use form while washing, just sprayed water and wiped car without using soap solution. Another time they just increased price after washing, saying car is dirty. Ofcourse car is dirty the reason for car wash😄.

Didn’t ask what type of wash i wanted, started putting pre wash on the car and then walked away leaving streaks on windows, then walked away and started cleaning random tires, overall a pretty average experience

Bad car wash. No thorough washing of car, sections of car not even touched with a sponge leaving visible dust and dirt left. Over priced for half the job

£17 clean in and out. Thorough, clean, honest, quick, value. Simple

Shocking that’s all I can say. It clearly states from £5 upwards from a board on the main road. You drive there and believe me that’s not the case . I was driving a small fiat which according to the staff who could speak English was a medium size car. And that’s an additional £2. And getting a receipt well that was comical. After speaking to 3 staff one finally gave me one on a scrap piece of paper . They couldn’t even spell Diamond properly. Forget this place and instead the police should be looking into this establishment because I can smell something rather illegal.

They do a good job, value for money. Always busy, which is a good sign I guess.

Took a brand new car here and scratches all over the rims due to dirty sponges, never ever again, pictures attached are of 1 wheel all 4 are like this

I had a bad experience here. The price was very high for the service provided. They charged me £25 even though my car was not very dirty. I’ve had the same car washed at Harper Wash before, and they only charged me £17. The difference in price is not justified at all. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back. Even It wasn’t fully cleaned.picture attached.

Been going to diamond car wash for few years just took my car they try to charge me 25 pounds the staff was wasn't very nice diry floor at from window was dirty done a rush job to get more cars in l won't be going again l will be mentioned to black cab drivers at airport

job costed £7, handed him a £10 note he walked away and just said bye. overcharged me another time AFTER the job had been complete which wasn’t even upto usual standards. I didn’t have the right amount of cash (short £2/3). Told me to call someone to bring the right amount. Then after I do, he goes or I have sumup on my phone ?? Would have been better to mention earlier maybe?? Asked him to also make sure the car was dry. He had me wait 10 mins after the exterior clean to dry it and he basically runs a wet cloth over the car.

Only just properly inspected my car after having an inside and outside wash as I was in a hurry before Don’t normally leave bad reviews but the outside was fine had a few marks still but happy with it, had a proper look inside and there’s mud marks everywhere still? Got told it was really dirty and tried to charge extra, obviously cars are going to be dirtier than usual as the floor is muddy and damp due to the weather, and had a weird / rude vibe off the guys here. Been here a few times and thought similar but they did a better job, today was just telling me I’m deffo not going back. £20 I was charged which I would be happy to pay if the job was decent.

Great service

Very disappointed with this car wash. I asked them to clean the wheel well, and when I pointed out that it wasn’t done properly, the guy just stared at me like he was annoyed. The staff were rude and unprofessional. Definitely not coming back.
