Elite Hand Car Wash

Problem with car caused by the chemicals they used, which I noticed after I left the car wash. When I returned with the car 5 minutes later the staff worked to get it fixed straight away, however the manager took the position that I should take my car back to the manufacturer to solve (a problem they had created and was easily fixed)..he then went on to insulting. Not sure what school of management he attended. All he had to do was apologize for the inconvenience 🤷. I recommended they review the chemicals they use to ensure this matter does not arise again, the manager advised he would do no such thing, it was my car that was the problem and I should report it to the manufacturer....need I say more. Thanks to the staff who fixed the problem, I'd recommend promoting one of them to the manager they clearly have more customer service skills.

Very poor in waiting time & the actual wash of my car

Absolute cowboys. I had a full valet and hand polish agreed for £70. I specifically asked for engine bay cleaning. The cowboys opened the engine bay and sprayed it with soap and pressure washed it without understanding that so many electrical and other components were at risk. Secondly, they did a shoddy job of cleaning the car. The exterior was washed, which is standard. The interior was literally wiped in 5 minutes. I was there for over 3 hours. They kept taking on more customers without doing a proper job for the existing ones. I was told the door seals would be cleaned, but they were literally not touched. I literally had to take the cloth and clean the polish marks myself while I was waiting for them. They took a bucket full of soap and washed the floor carpet and seats of the car and only used the machine once to dry the seats. They made me leave the car engine running for over an hour to get the interior warmed up. I literally had to use their own machine to get the water out of the seats as they were soaking wet, and then they left my car to wash the next one. They are ok for a quick wash but I would not trust them with anything more. These are pictures and video after their service.

These lot are the ultimate half a job Harry's. They definitely not Elite as their company name claims. Took my car for a car wash and asked to do it fully inside and out, they washed the car, didn't vacuum very well and didn't polish or clean the dashboard, or the windows, they didn't wipe down water marks from the car wash. They seemed like they didn't care about the job there were doing, waited a while from the wash to do the inside, they prioritised the cars that came after me and generally a poor service. I do NOT recommend these lot, and my advice is that there are other car wash places in close proximity which you should go to instead, and I will be doing that myself in future.

They overcharged me and then did an absolutely rubbish job . So disappointing

My partner took my car here for a full valet while I was away on holiday, he was told to leave the heating on full for an hour to dry the inside. He did this, he also tried to hand dry the inside with a hairdryer and has bought a dehumidifier but about a week later the car is still piss wet through inside and it STINKS, my car now smells horribly damp. You can’t get rid of the smell or dry the car we have tried everything. Not to mention the fact that they have chipped the paintwork on my bumper without saying a word???? A big chunk of red has gone? There is no other way to explain that than by a heavy handed car wash. Extremely poor service overall and will not ever be returning, that is if my car doesn’t grow its own cultural bacteria of mould and kill us.

I came in for a mini valet with an engine light showing on the dash. I left with a clean car and somehow, no engine light. I'm not sure how they managed to fix the fault just by cleaning, but they did, and I'm thankful for it. Highly recommend!

Shocking . 1 man trying to do 3 cars . I was 1st in the queue. There ages and missed washing 1/4 of my car . Alloys not touched.
