Moonbeam Jet Wash - Nottingham Langley Mill

Excellent car wash

Just used this for the first time , I started with wheel cleaner 3 wheels in and machine stopped and said out of use between 10.51-10.59 so I had to wait , I had put £10 which I lost and then had to start again . I would appreciate customer servo contacting me to refund me please

very good car wash, decent snowfoam, and good products. would be good if the stop button didn’t get rid of your time and let you stop and start the timer for when you were using the products instead of having to use the full amount of time you bought. 4 ⭐️

Been here a number of times and never had an issue until my last visit where I got a parking ticket, the ticket has now been cancelled but it was a lot of hassle and messing around. Car wash itself is great and leaves the car clean and looking good. The fact I got the parking ticket in the first place for being there 23 minutes and the hassle of getting it sorted is the reason it's not a 5 star review

Edited. I have sent severel emails as requested regarding the fine and still had no update. Please can this be resolved and reply to the emails regarding the matter. Husband got a parking fine whilst using the services at Langley mill. Shouldn't place car washes in areas where fines are allocated.

Initially I put a 1 star review up. This was because I received a £100 parking fine for being in the carpark / jet wash area for 40 minutes. I was dreading the hassle of fighting it. We received the letter on the Saturday morning, my wife then started the correspondence with the parking company via email. I put the review up on the Saturday evening. I then received an email from moonbeam saying that they could cancel the fine. I replied to them with a copy of the paperwork Sunday morning and they replied saying it was cancelled and would I removed the 1 star review. I removed the review as the jet was is really good. On the Monday I received an email from the parking company saying that moonbeam has asked for the fine to be cancelled. After forwarding my car reg number, they confirmed it was a system glitch and the fine is cancelled just after midday on the Monday. Will I use the moonbeam jet wash again, definitely. If they anpr system glitches again, I will probably contact moonbeam direct to get them to sort the cancellation process out. Big thanks to Rafay for his swift resolution of the fine. Now onto the jet wash, plenty of different wash cycle / options, easy to top up payment for more time. Jet wash was very powerful.

Unfortunately I paid for a session on the card machine but your screen remained off. Contacted support through the number provided for a refund or a remote start at another bay, and I was told someone will come in 10mins to support me. Of course they didn't. And I ring them again and was left ringing for 10mins. What a shame! Customer, better check whether your machine work before paying the card machine! Not fussed about the £2 that got eaten by the machine, but how the support handled it.
