First time returning after it being re-vamped in 9 month instead of 3. Miserable staff who didn’t have a clue. Didn’t know why the brand spanking new Karcher car washer wasn’t working either! Will go to Morrisons again for a smile at least

Abysmal customer service from manager Shazaib. Went to pay for my petrol, when the manager, Shazaib, asked me to open the Shell App and leave a review. As I do so, he then proceeds to reach over the counter and GRABS my phone out of my hands WITHOUT asking, and starts filling and completing the review with the highest ratings possible claiming theres “a lot of pressure at his job”, submitting it without consent. I am filing a formal complaint. Not the first time that this station has had controversy. Dreadful.

Really rude manager Saki. I stopped by on Sunday to clean my car and the brush has scratched every panel of my car. I left my number with the lady working on Sunday and was told the manager will get back to me tomorrow. So I waited patiently on Monday and didn’t hear anything back. I went down at 16:30 to get a resolution and the manager ‘Saki’ had already gone so I left my number again. I finally called today Tuesday morning and got through to him and he was very rude, told me nobody every had a problem and he’ll get back to me. I explained I needed an answer today really and asked when he would get back to me and he hung up. I will update the review when he finally gets back to me… for now I urge everyone please avoid this petrol station if you can. Also avoid Tollerton as he manages that one also.

DO NOT USE CAR WASH!! £10 wasted. Long drawn. Out process of trying to get a refund to be told no one else has had this problem so it cant be true ...

Expensive fuel, but its the only place within 5 miles from home that sells V power diesel.

Terrible staff, no soap in the car wash on several occasions. When we asked for refund was told not to come back!

Pulled in last night about 10.20. Was waiting at the window for 20 mins and no one. I pressed the button knocked on the window. No one. Thought this was supposed to be a 24 hour petrol station. Not to worry, went to Asda in Ilkeston and they got my payment for a full tank of fuel. Won't be using Awesworth again. I would have left a no star review if possible.

Good service

This garage is conveniently located on the main road. It recently underwent a full refit, and everything was modernised, so it's all brand new. They have petrol and diesel pumps with one for HGV's, an air station for your tyres, a jet wash, and a Karcher car wash. They also have an Amazon collection point. Inside the store has fresh coffee and a range of freshly cooked snacks along with the usual items you can find in petrol station stores. The staff are mostly polite and helpful with a couple lacking in efficiency.

Always handy for my favourite Costa Coffee take-away before jumping onto the M1 for the journey up north!

Rude and unhelpful staff that didn't listen when I explained that their costa meal deal was misleading and could lead tk confusion over how the signs were places and the products snickered. Rather than try to understand, I got a terse "do you want it or not."

Very poor customer service. The assistant behind the counter late 50s spoke to another customer whilst I payed, and never spoke a single word to me or even acknowledged my presence, SO RUDE don't deserve the custom and overcharge everyone for fuel as well,
