POOR MONEY GRABBING SERVICE I had a very poor experience here and would definitely not recommend them. The advertised price for an MPV is clearly shown as £20, yet when I arrived with my Ford S-Max, I was told “large cars” are £23. The pricing felt misleading from the start. The quality of the wash itself was also well below standard. The interior was only half vacuumed and I had to call a member of staff back to finish the rest of the car. There was still clearly visible debris left on one of the wings, along with multiple areas of dirt and grime around the vehicle that had not been cleaned properly. Several areas of the car were not washed and the ash tray had a small pool of green liquid leftover in which my electronic key had been left to swim. Even after the wash, when I ran my hand over the bonnet, it was still covered in dust. I ended up cleaning several missed areas myself, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, a staff member simply told me to move the car away from the area. Overall, poor attention to detail, disappointing customer service, and misleading pricing. Certainly not the standard I would expect for the money charged.

visited Quick Shine Hand Car Wash & Valeting Centre today and unfortunately had a poor experience. I asked for a mini valet, which I’ve previously known to be around £15, but was quoted £25 with the explanation “because it’s Eid.” This felt inconsistent and not clearly justified. When I politely questioned this and spoke to the owner, the response was disappointing. Instead of a professional explanation, the interaction became dismissive and I was told to leave. Customer service and communication could be significantly improved. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t return.

By far the best car wash, the lads do a great job and they look after you! Highly recommend going down to them and getting a valet! They also do great prices on tyres so definitely worth a visit

Live on a road over hanging with trees and cars not been cleaned in a while, took my housemates car first which was really bad came out looking like a new car! Then when I got back from Spain a few weeks later I took mine which was even worse! They did a brilliant job

I spilt something unmentionable inside my car so I took to Quick Shine for a full valet. The staff were very helpful and 90 minutes later my car was like brand new inside and out . Would definitely recommend.
