They will charge you extra if you pay by card. I stay there to argue with them 10 minutes to let me pay the price we agreed on and they said don’t come back here. Disgusting

Never suggest this place because of many reasons .They told 22 pounds , and changed 23 . Also washed the car mat but didn’t dry it . I will not visit again

Took my Z4 to Morley Hand Car Wash as the roof was really dirty with tree sap and the car had picked up a few scratches. I’m genuinely impressed with the result — the roof now looks like it just came out of the factory, and they managed to remove all the small scratches too. Really amazing job and great attention to detail. Highly recommend!

1st time and last time using this car wash,car still dirty on bottom of doors ,windows smeared,door seals not done some staff more bothered about smoking and talking.

first time i went myself one of the guys was smoking cigarettes and all awful smell went inside , im asthmatic and started coughing badly and having issues breathing , told him off and his boss came around took him off and apologised saying he always say to guys to dont do that while they are working ( any workplace , thats what your breaks are for and you do so in designated area , wanna poison yourself do it to yourself only ). thought this issue had been sorted so today drove there with my 2 and 4 years old. ... same guy doing it again ( Lakers jacket ) , it's like cigarette is attached permanently to his lips . . . only this time i have little kids in the car who start to inhale this poison cos with heating on that's like being in the chamber . i went out of the car into that water to ask to move away with this cigarette , other guy took over , no apologies just cheeky looks from them all talking to each other in their language looking at me like im too fussy .... also £7.50 when you pay card which i thought is a price for wash but from other comment see their scamming you when paying by card . we are deffo not coming back despite the fact this hand wash is closest to home

Great little hand car wash. They work quickly and efficiently, even if there’s a queue to get in, you never have to wait very long. Very thorough and always make sure your car is gleaming. Recently updated the valet area so it’s now nice and modern and clean. Only downside is that they no longer give you the air freshener as you leave😔

Don't take any vehicle here or to any type of these places, rattling the jet wash on alloys damaging paintwork. Smoking while working, so obviously not bothered about there job. Cowboys, every place like these are.

Always great service every time

Drove in here yesterday to have my vehicle washed. Price on board said £7 after the guy started washing my car he asked cash or card. I advised card, he then asked for £7.50 when I queried this he said I have to pay extra for using my card!!! I advised this is actually illegal but the guy refused to let me leave until I paid him £7.50 Avoid at all costs Royally ripped off!! It is an illegal practice and has been reported to the relevant authorities.

I rung them first to enquire about their services the man I spoke to was very nice he gave me all the options and encouraged me to come to the car wash and find out the best option according to the state my car will be in. The car wash process is quite systematic and thorough you do 3 stages of the wash and the inside cleaning lastly. My car was cleaned ,my tyres were polished . The man I spoke to on the phone came to say hello . The whole team did an amazing job my car is cleaned and smells nice.

Didn't clean car properly

Rubbish. First time use today and the last. Car looked ok but didn't wash the wheels. Very poor.
