Price was good at £15 for valet and wash. But you have now ramped it upto £20. That’s greedy, and not affordable in this day and age. Put it back down!

Hotspot is the most professional, efficient and well organised car and van wash / valet I have seen. Very polite staff do a great job. EXCELLENT

Unfortunately the owners rips people off when he can. Brought a car in he said he's charging extra £5 because it's more dirty when it wasn't. Went opposite side of road to car wash next to Dewsbury delights they did in regular price of £6 and did not complain. Tired of these con men running sham businesses ripping people off.

Terrible job at washing my car, marks all over my window that havent been cleaned. Had to ask for it cleaned. Looking to my right and my window still has webs on it! So frustrated

When they wash your car I’d expect some soap on it not just on windows so they think you can’t see what a terrible job they do. And as for drying it off, they used the wettest dirty cloth possible. Needs another wash. Never going again

Scammers. They sell dodgy cars from the premises. The day after purchase, the car would not start. Taken the vehicle to a mechanic and advised a serious fault with the turbo charger and the cost would be over a £1000 to fix. The mechanic advised the warning light was removed. We are currently dealing through action fraud.

I prefer to have my car washed by hand. Young lads messing about. Having to remind them that I've paid extra for the tango foam.

All seemed to me to flow freely and efficiently, and the price for our car was fine.

Q:- Why do u go to car wash? A:- because the car is dirty I need to clean it. But when u go to this car wash they want £5 at the top of price only because ur car is dirty. They want u to clean ur car before coming to car wash. Where is common sense 🤔 Pictures attached of my so called very dirty car for which he wanted £5 extra. By the way it's not about £5. I always paid them £20 when they were charging £15. Main point you should only charge the price what u advertise OR keep loosing customers.
