Haven’t used a hand car wash in over 10 years, always hand wash my cars at home or use a professional detailer. I decided to take my pickup as I drove past as I just didn’t have the time to do both and thought ‘how bad can it be’… turned out very bad. The cloth/chamois they dried it with scratched and marred all of my black paintwork and some panels had patches of dirt on still. Biggest regret I’ve had whilst owning this truck, I tipped them 50% on top as well thinking they would have done a decent job… lesson learnt, I’ll never use this place ever again and I’d recommend others not to either after a local woman had hers damaged and had alleged threatening behaviour when she questioned/complained to them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and trustworthy. I felt completely comfortable leaving my car with them. They paid great attention to every detail, and my car came back spotless inside and out. Great value for money, excellent service, and a safe, reliable place to have your car cleaned. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I had a car wash of my mini and yet again I was asked to pay £10. I explained £9 for a small car. I was passed to a very rude so called owner who insisted it was medium size. He asked for measurements of my car. A mini, it's in the name. He has overcharged me before, so I asked to see the payment equipment, which made him cross. I asked for the owners details to make a formal complaint, but was refused. I've also previously been charged extra for leaving my car for cleaning, when no signs suggest it should cost extra. Yes, it made my afternoon very stressful and he told me not to come back again. Banned from the car wash!! Dreadful customer service. I would happily pay the extra if signage made these details clear. I suspect its a tactic to claim extra revenue. Obviously I won't be back and will share my experience with others! K

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to - the entire car wash was completed in approximately 4 minutes by 4 people.. and I was the only car there, it wasn’t busy.. No prewash, they take a sponge straight to the dirt, then they jet wash really close to get the dirt off with the jet wash because they’re taking shortcuts during the wash My car was still very dirty in many places, like the boot, front bonnet/grills etc and all along the bottom of the car. UPDATE: JUST NOTICED LAQUER PEEL ALL OVER MY PRISTINE ALLOYS !!!!

Terrible car wash, £35 in & out in 20 mins, car is still dirty, half hoovered. Very poor considering you can drive 10 mins down the road for a proper in & out for £20 !! Don’t waste you’r money

I recently took my car in for a full valet after 2 weeks of heavy use, including around 50 tip runs, so it was absolutely caked in soil, grass cuttings, and general debris both inside and out. I honestly wasn’t expecting miracles given the state of it. I even told them just to do what they can. The result was outstanding. The team did an incredibly thorough job — the exterior came up looking like new, with all the ingrained dirt completely removed, and the interior was spotless. Every trace of mud, dust, and debris had been properly cleaned, including hard-to-reach areas that I thought would be impossible to restore. What really impressed me was the attention to detail and the effort put into bringing the car back to such a high standard. It genuinely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this service to anyone, especially if your vehicle has had heavy-duty use and needs a proper deep clean.

I went to take my car for a clean yesterday and OMG..... Adam and colleague asked if I wanted my scratches taken out while they were cleaning it. At first I thought they were just having fun but they weren't. Adam really made my day because not only do I drive an amazing Range Rover Sport I have knocked it about a little. Guys did an excellent job, car looks cleaner than when I bought it. But did take a while to get sorted due to slight disagreement with the price. But I can forgive them considering how well they have done

I had my mini washed yesterday, which was good, but I was overcharged by £1. Even though I checked with the shorter guy who seemed to be in charge, that I was to pay £9. It's not the money but the trust. I have previously been asked to pay cash not card, also to pay an extra £1 if leaving my car whilst shopping. There aren't any notices requiring that. Always the same guy negotiating prices. It's difficult to trust him. Disappointing!!
