Shell Car Wash

Waste of time parking in front of the store with clearly labelled car park spacing to get some cigarettes when a rude woman comes out to ask you to move your vehicle around the corner without reason. When pulling into these services you will only get rude behaviour from the staff. So shameful on shell.

I tried to use the shell car wash bay 2 on Wednesday 23rd August. It took my card transaction but it wouldn’t start. I tried a second time thinking I’d made a mistake (I’ve used a number of times before so I know how it works). It took my money again and still wouldn’t start. No error code. The garage attendant said that I’d get my money back within 48 hours. I’m not sure how this works as she took no details from me. I advised that this could affect other users after me, she said it would be sorted but she showed little concern. She proceeded to serve the next customer. I know it’s only £2 but I left feeling that this customer service is not important and that this is not an unusual occurrence. My guess and her guess is that people don’t usually quibble over a few quid. 48 hours have passed and I have received no refund.

Car wash usually require working car wash. Never ever in 3 years I came and it works. Rubbish!
