Just over charged for a mediocre wash, paid £10 for a car and the signs clearly state £8, but once the guy took my money he just disappeared. So many water marks when I stopped to check the wash and they hadn't even touched my side mirrors, still had dirt smeared on them. Safe to say I won't be returning.

Crap. Charged me more than asked for and the wash was awful…

The interior valet was fantastic, and the exterior shine is superb. I'll be back again, without a doubt. highly recommended!

Havent got a car wash from anywhere else in ages ! At a reasonable price they go above and beyond and do a fantastic job.

I’ve been going to this car wash for six years straight and they still amaze me to this day how they clean the car in detail. The staff are always so nice they treat you with respect and always take care of your car so well

Missed loads and wiped the dirt off with the shammy, sprayed it with two lots of foam etc, didn't even touch it with a sponge, then came to the end where you would normally dry it off and wiped the dirt off with the shammy, then got home and loads of bits had been missed loads of bits, car looked a mess so had to get the stuff out to do it myself, waste of money.

Absolute scammers! Normally go on a weekend and recognise the guys but went on a Thursday evening this week and didn't recognise the guys washing my car. When it got to the end where they open your doors to wipe around the frame, one of them spotted a business card I had from Ocean Drive with their bank details on it. The first time I went there (probably a year ago at this point) I didn't know it was cash only so a guy gave me their details and I transferred the money there and then, he checked, and I knew to bring cash after that. The guy yesterday took the card with him out of my card and when he got round to the drivers side, he had the cheek to say 'we didn't receive your payment last time' and gesturing to the bank details, to which I said it was from over a year ago and they confirmed they received it before I drove off. 'No' he said, 'my friend said he remembers you and you didn't pay'! The cheek! I said he can't have remembered me because it was a year ago and I've never seen him before, I said I was more than happy to show my bank statements with the transaction on it, to which he changed his tune and slammed the door on me. So unprofessional trying to scam me when I am a paying customer and would never drive off without paying. Don't think I'll be going back and obviously don't appreciate loyal customers. And why was he looking in my door compartment anyway??

The car is always clean after taking it here. A bit more expensive than other places but you pay for what you get!

Haven't been here for over two years when a 4 x 4 wash was £7. Called in for a car wash May 2025 and it's now £12 for a 4 x 4 which is expensive.

Avoid avoid avoid, rip of wash and go 4x4 £8 adversitised but charged £12 how does that work out and disrespectful staff alot of other places nearby along cheaper and respectful

Absolutely rip of wash and dry £12 and the attitude of the person who was drying the car was disgusting, they have banners posted £8 but charging £12 so disrespectful and also he was saying nobody else complains about the price lol wont recommend, nearby other hand car wash alot cheaper but mainly its the respect

Thanks for ocean drive carwash in Horbury they do me very good Job I been first time and I will go again for sure i recommended this a best carwash I have ever been.

Omg! Just been to this car wash for the first time. It's the worst job I've ever had done. Missed patches on the side and rear and Ali wheels still got break dust on. Had to go over it again and for that I paid £11. Avoid this place

Had my car cleaned recently and left with numerous scratches on my windscreen, right in my line of sight that 100% were not there when I arrived. Pointed them out to one of the operatives who of course said it couldn't possibly have been them as they use clean microfiber cloths!! I definitely won't be going again and would give zero stars if I could

Used to be good. Prices have gone up to 9 pounds an average car. Came away with smears and bird poo still in 3 different places. 3 men wiping. 3 men didn't miss it. They don't care enough anymore!

Why you would try to overcharge a regular is beyond me. safe to say they have lost a customer.

Supper job I would recommend these guys my car went in a mess and came out like new thank guys I will be coming back
